A light cotton dress

Put on a light cotton dress,
A backless favorite,
Coming down just above the knees,
Light pastel, pressing fabric;
Little bell pushes a reminder,
Of flesh still demanding,
Attention required
But ignored.
The outfit is integral,
Without underclothes or sandals,
Your dress is decent,
Your body is warm,
You are complete.
