I am curious to learn why he still cites that as his least favorite
album? Paraphrasing from the show on VH1 Classic: .."Smoking In The
Boys Room & Home Sweet Home are great...I wouldn't be here speaking
with you without those two songs (laughter)..but the rest of the album
is all filler..." Vince, I couldn't disagree with you more. I loved
your entree into the Southern Rock genre. This is what separated Crue
from their contemporaries - each album had its own unique sound. It
still brings back many fond memories of my horny adolescence in
Upstate NY, aka The Catskills. I had a summer home there (Loch
Sheldrake) during the Big '80s, and we had that album on heavy
cassette play. It still remains the ultimate teen angst anthem. -D,
"The beautiful idea of religion, that the meek shall inherit the
earth, is naivete at its highest. The strong inherit the earth; the
meek inherit shit!" eh - GENE SIMMONS (b. Chaim Witz, Israel), "JEWS
WHO ROCK" by GUY OSEARY.."These Jewish Blues Brothers founded the
first major Blues label" - CHESS RECORDS, LEONARD & PHIL CHESS.."What
I took back because of my exposure to the Jewish music of the '30s &
the '40s in my upbringing with my father, was that kind of theatrical
songwriting. It was always a part of my character. The desire to make
people laugh" - PETE TOWNSHEND.."This Jewish bluesman from Chicago is
considered America's first great white blues player" - MIKE
BLOOMFIELD.."Einstein, James Dean, Brooklyn's got a winning team" -
BILLY JOEL, umpteenth sweet, Jewish NYer - Top 100 selling artist of

song of all-time, "Like A Rolling Stone," as voted by Rolling Stone

Civilization: Moses said the law is everything. Jesus said love is
everything. Marx said capital is everything. Freud said sex is
everything. Einstein said everything is relative!" ehe).."The most
popular selling Christmas song, "White Christmas," was written by a
Jew" - IRVING BERLIN.."In New York, even if you're Catholic, you're
Jewish. If you live in Butte, Montana, you're going to be Goyish even
if you're Jewish!" ehehe - LENNY BRUCE (b. Leonard Alfred Schneider,
NY - insert you know what here! LOL).."I was born in Willowdale,
Ontario. I was a quiet nebbishe kid. My parents were both Holocaust
survivors and emigrated here after the war. They basically arrived
with 10 bucks in their pocket...worked their way up to lower-middle
kind of income & raised me in the suburbs. When we first moved in we
were one of the first Jewish families to live in our neighborhood and
we were constantly living in terror with being beat up because of that
fact. It was an exciting time (sarcastic laughter). When I was 12, my
father passed away and I had to go to synagogue in the morning &
evening every day. I was not really allowed to listen to music. So
that whole year was devoid of what all the other kids were just
starting to get turned onto." - GEDDY LEE (b. Weinrib), RUSH: BEYOND
