I heard that this was the original title for leper messiah, and that it was
written by Dave Mustaine. I don't know how strong the information on this
is, but this title just stuck in my head and I would've liked it more
instead of the name "leper messiah".

I don't know whether it's true that Dave wrote it, but I don't agree to the
fact that you think 'The Hills Ran Red' is a better title than 'Leper
Messiah'. That first title is so cliché. 'Leper Messiah' is deep as are the
lyrics, you should try and read them, maybe you'll understand then...
