You've been a bit harsh on Lars.
The job on 'disposable heroes' is interesting. He did a great drum job on
the 'and justice for all...' album as well.

He indeed has some trouble keeping the pace. Just listen to the beginning of
'Damage Inc'. He goes faster and faster. Maybe he meant to do that but I
doubt it.

Nick the best? no, Dave Lombardo the best. As far as between nick and lars, its a hard call. For someone who never had training like lars hes not bad but does have an issue with keeping the pace... ok i have nothing to add to this Dave Lombardo is my favorite drummer then Mike Portnoy then lars then Charlie Benante and then... well it dont really matter.
