Dear All,
I was wondering if anybody knows whether & when IM is coming to
Australia or even New Zealand(preferably NZ)as part of the VXI tour? I
would be keen to know some dates & locations.

Gidday Angus,

They are going to Australia (I don't believe there are any dates set yet
though), don't know about NZ but hopefully they will. I don't think I can
afford a trip to Aussie to see them... not when I'm planning to go to
Brisbane very soon, which will wipe me outta cash for ages :-(

I would hope so, but I wonder how many times they've played in Australia but
not come over to NZ. Maiden have only ever been scheduled to play twice in
New Zealand, and the World Slavery Tour gig got cancelled because of a
strike by Australian Wharfies (if I remember correctly), so they only made
it here on the Fear Of The Dark Tour..
So I wonder if they played Australia on any other tours which didn't include
NZ...

NZ missed out on the WS tour? Shit. The again, I dicsovered Maiden a
few months after they'd played Australia on that tour, so I missed out
as well:)

the only other times they've played Australia, to my knowledge, was on
the NOTB tour (despite what the SIT tour shirts said)... I've yet to
see them. Hopefully this time!

What happened to the FOTD Tour? Cos it's in the ARLO booklet on p16, and
there's a photo of Dave (?) Janick and Steve with the Opera House and bridge
in the background. I've only been to Sydney a couple of times, that's been
taken somewhere near Mrs Macquarie's chair has it????
