I bought 5 of the Castle reissues from 1995. Two of them(Killers &
Somewhere in Time) have developed a horrible noise. It sounds like a
scratching sound that echoes. I was wondering if anyone else has
experienced this? I have had these CD's about 2 years. Somewhere in
Time just stops playing at one point.

Nope. MOF, not any of the Castles do I have a problem with. I did,
for matter of record, have 2 of them break when I was trying to pull
them outta the jewel cases. Returned them both and got replacements.
Luckily, they _had_ replacements for them!

I had a problem with Somewhere In Time back when they first came out in
1995. It skipped like crazy on Alexander the Great. I was able to exchange
it for another one however.

Since then, I've had no problems so far. (knock on eddie's skull)

the cds broke when you took 'm out? were they glued in or something??? This
is the first time I hear that the cds break when getting them out of the
cases.

A little over excited? I guess those bonus tracks really get the
adrenaline flowing. ;-)

The Somewhere in Time bonus disc contains my favorite b-sides (so I can
relate there!).
