Maybe we should send METAL/FV code attachments into their groups and see
how they like it.

No you weren't. You could easily have edited out the groups that have
nothing to do with your pansy little 12-year-old antics. I suppose if
the original poster cut off his head, stuffed his mouth with asafoetida
and had his heart buried at a crossroads you'd do it too?

> what's bbs.metal about anyway?

A discussion group for programmers and users of the METAL language, and
software packages developed with it.

It has nothing to do with heavy metal music, metalworking, deathmetal,
Norweigian black metal, underground metal, hard metal, soft metal,
copper, brass, steel, Metallica, glam rock, or prepubescent kids who
obviously take their handles from anthologies edited by George R. R.
Martin.

So kindly go back to your mother's basement and let us get back to our
work. This is my first and last cross-post on the matter. Any flames
will be ignored.

way i will go through all that hell!

well, i had nothing to do with the original poster posting in that
group, so there's nothing i can do for this lovely inconvenience.

Ok...but I just wanted to know: are you in any way related to Tony "Inky"
Mendez?

Thanks...

the spelling of nrweigan isn't that important. and it shouldn't be
capitalized as that shows respect. here in sweden we spell it
"nurweedian"

Wouldn't a programmers NG be better off in the comp.sys hierarchy to
avoid confusion?

Just my two bytes worth.

It was a programming language that was mostly used for BBS software. That
would be why it falls in alt.bbs.metal... because it was for BBSs and it was
called METAL.
