I know this geezer has stopped reading the newsgroup now, but I wish to
make a comment on this last paragraph nonetheless.
Death metal will never die for the die hard. Even if every band starts
churning out shite albums (actually, they are) the old classics will still
exist. For instance, Paradise Lost's latest album is quite poor (I didn't
mind it at first, but it hasn't stood the test of time) but 'Gothic' is still
a classic, monumental album to many people.
