Also, one of the local rock radio stations in Philly, WMMR, is giving
away a bunch of the box sets during their "AC/DC Rock Block Weekend".
Anyone else seen a shitload of advertising for this??

They are showing the Circus Krone show right now on VH1 Classic. It
is on again tonight at 12:30am EST.

just checked the menu on direct tv, and looks like they're playing the
circus krone show on VH1 classic, I set the DVR to check it out
Aces High
Nate,
What was cut out from the original show?
Shawn - Philly
The info displayed by DirecTV on the program only said 3 or 4 songs,
so I figured it would be those and some promo vids like usual to fill
the time. But, while they didn't play the entire Krone show, they
showed some of the best parts:
1) Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be
2) Back in Black
3) Rock n Roll Damnation
4) What's Next to the Moon
5) The Jack
6) If You Want Blood
7) TNT
8) Highway to Hell
9) For Those About to Rock
10) Closing Credits (different clips from throughout the show in black
& white set to It's a Long Way to the Top)
Was hoping Rosie would start up after the closing credits, but it went
straight to commercial and then it hit the end of the recording. It
is being replayed at 11am central in the US on Nov 8 though if you
want to catch it. I've also got it recorded to dvd and will have it
authored later this week if anyone would like a copy.
Thanks, Nate. I tuned in halfway through TNT, so I will have to check
it out again today. From what I did see of the show, I noticed that
they were sweating profusely, especially Malcolm. Phil was still
smoking a cigarette, though, through the sweat. I was wondering if he
was even enjoying it...
Steve Vai was on "That Metal Show" last night and they chose the new
box set as the "pick of the week" (kind of saw that coming). They
asked Steve if he would play a concert through the box set amp and he
replied: "Only if it came with a jam session with Angus".

Booo....VH1 Classic in Europe doesn't appear to be showing any of this???
