LANDMARK COURT DECISION CONVICTS HOLOCAUST DENIER IN BRAZIL
Washington, D.C. (November 7, 1996) -- For the first time in Latin America a
Holocaust denier has been found guilty and sentenced to two years in prison.
The landmark decision of the High Court of Justice in the southernmost
Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul reversed a lower court ruling and
resulted in the conviction of Siegfried Ellwanger on grounds that he
violated the nation's constitution and penal code.

to trial.

Under the ruling, Ellwanger's books will be confiscated and banned.
Ellwanger, who writes under the name "S.E. Castan," has written or
published 13 anti-Semitic books in Portuguese including the infamous
The Elders of the Protocols of Zion and Henry Ford's The International
Jew. One of Ellwanger's books is titled The Holocaust: Jewish or German."

Of course McVay later backed down and "retracted" what he said. It was bad
P.R. but we all know where his heart lies. He is still allied with B'nai
Brith (and funded through them too) who do make it their agenda to do what
McVay described above: " shut them up put them in jail do what ever it
takes, ...no free speech."

brought against Collins by Harry Abrams, the League's representative in

wrote an article about cyber-fascists on the march. His article details how
fascist groups are using electronic communications to spread their word. Mr.
Cohen's article provides a list of Fascist resources on the net, the names
of electronic news groups focusing on hate speech, and gives information
from some of the web sites.

An Anti-Defamation League of America press release in February 1997 stated

Bellingham, Washington. This article, written last November, wants to know
if Web publishers and Internet providers can be held liable for offensive

Mr. Bowen mentions the growth of the extreme right on the Internet, and how
racists may be using it. He says there are about five Usenet news groups
exclusively oriented to white supremacists, but in the last few years they
have targeted other news groups where they felt they might find receptive
participants. These news groups are on government, politics, gun control,
constitutional issues, and so on.

from the public. If the donations dry up, so does the fund.

The jews hate free speech, they want the holocaust to become a state
dogma, a state religion that can not be challenged, a dogma that can
not be questioned and can not be investigated. The jews pressure
countries with their money, power and influence, pushing and passing
jewish laws which prevent criticism of jews terrorism, israel crimes

Jewboy mcvay is nothing more than a jewish pawn apologist and
supporter of the self sworn enemy of the human race, the jews. The
people who hate life and loath their neurotic jewish selves, a hooked
nose ugly parasitic people that likes to wallow and wail in selfpity,
bewailing their own sad fate for being such a disgusting and hideous
people who aggitate the world against them.

Mcvay isn't smart enough to see that supporting a hoax of lies and a
parasitic genocidal people, a meglomaniac people will eventually
backfire as the world begins to wake up. He doesnt have enough common
sense to see the big picture and he doesn't see what is happening the
world uniting, every race, religion and creed in totality against the
hate mongering and totalitarian meglomaniac jew world order. He can't
see it because deep down he is more jew than most jews.

The Holocaust is perhaps the most exhaustively investigated period in all of
human history. You only expose your own ignorance of the breadth and depth of
the historical research into the events of the Holocaust when you make such
silly claims.

Cite a single country which has laws that specifically "prevent criticism of
jews terrorism". Be certain to cite the full text of the law itself.
