Thanks for the legal opinion and I guess this means you have escaped justice so
far seeing how you made a sworn statement to a civil court of law that I had
threatened you when I all I did was make a reply to someone who had posted my
address and telephone number with the invitation people visit me with baseball
bats. You swore that I threatened you personally (it was one of your
"complaints" against me in your "lawsuit" against me) when I responded to
"nazihunter." For you to be threatened by what I replied to "nazihunter" with
you would have had to be him in December 1999 and afterall-- you had just
received my unlisted telephone number and address from my ISP which you just

All of the above criminal harassment happened because a mentally disturbed
attorney obtained my unlisted address and unlisted telephone number by use
of a subpoena as shown here:

Street; Allentown, PA 18104." (Subpoena on file with my attorney, Flash
Net, and law enforcement) [For the record the subpoena does NOT appear on
the docket- rather my confidential info went directly to one of
Yale F. Edeiken's "drops."]
Yale F. Edeiken had a subpoena issued on November 30,1999 and sent it from
Allentown, Pennsylvania to Flash Net in Dallas, Texas. The travel time and
turnaround would be reasonable to assume that Yale F. Edeiken received
my confidential info on about December 14, 1999! I ask again; what are the odds
that another person other than Yale F. Edeiken would be using the COTSE
anonymizer in a small time frame on the night of December 14, 1999 to
violate my right to privacy!? Yale F. Edeiken did in FACT identify himself
as the plaintiff and that the plaintiff was threatened (personally) when I
replied to "nazihunter" <anon...@cotse.com>.

From the above one can discern that the subpoena Yale F. Edeiken issued on
November 30, 1999 never made it back to the court house to be entered on the
docket. Yale F. Edeiken had my identity, unlisted telephone number and address
returned to his "drop" at:

Hence the information he obtained never in FACT became public knowledge like he
wants everyone to believe! Yale F. Edeiken issued the subpoena
on November 30, 1999 from Allentown, Pennsylvania to my ISP Flash Net in Dallas,
Texas. With the time consideration for United State's Postal Service trip two
ways and Flash Net processing the request a fair estimation would say Yale F.
Edeiken received what he wanted on or about December 14, 1999. Seeing how the
subpoena never made it to the docket and became "public knowledge" Yale F.
Edeiken was the sole possessor of my information on December 14, 1999.
The real rub in knowing this comes from the knowledge Yale F. Edeiken engaged in
his criminal acts and death threats against me on December 14, 1999, a full 16
days before his lawsuit was served on me!!
Criminal Edeiken has yet to be brought to justice and still roams at large like
a wild animal.
Here is another mentally disturbed Jew who could possibly be Yale's brother in
law and he too likes to make death threats and he too is oafish enough to frame
himself in the same manner Yale F. Edeiken framed himself!
