I like the way "I'm going to give you the treatment" sounds

In a movie, someone referred to a beating as giving someone the treatment. So if I get a job and I'm in an Employee Room and I say to an enemy coworker, "I'm going to look outside this door and if there's no security guard around, I'm going to give you the treatment" and if I see a security guard and decide on that account not to beat up a coworker, and thus the coworker calls the cops and tells the cops what I said, is this enough to get me arrested?

My cousin did my resume for me, but I can't open it. I'm supposed to open it in Word, can I download Word for free? Office is the software that pops up, but my cousin says I'mw supposed to open it in Word. There's not even a trial version of Office in my computer, yet Office software is wht pops up. I think I have Word installed in my computer, so why can't I open my resume?
