It's been a busy week...

for a while...
Friday was OK as I was out most of the day! That kept me from nibbly
stuff. I also got plenty of exercise: 4 hours either pushing the
wheelchair one friend was in or hauling and Ikea trolley full of stuff!
Towards the end she shoved her own wheelchair, I shoved the trolley
full of small stuff, and our other friend shoved the flatbed trolley
with the furniture! 3 mad middle aged ladies, shopping! :D RUN AWAY!
We had lunch there, which was fine: I had pasta, tomato sauce, and
meatballs, with fruit salad to follow. Later in the afternoon we
stopped for cake, so I had a 3 point slice.
Dinner at home afterwards was home made chilli and a jacket potato, with
salad, after a swim!
I've managed to stick to core quite well over the weekend, despite the
drama of a wasp sting, and spending most of yesterday in bed! I ended up
at the hospital in the minor injuries with that, when I had a bad
reaction, and am now on antibiotics and antihistamines - I think I'm now
allergic to wasps! I also need to keep the swelling 'higher than my
chest' for most of the day, so may have to cancel my customer as I can't
sit at the sewing machine for very long to do her work!
Core seems to be OK for now: I'll see how things are going on Thursday!
Just to compare, I've been tracking points while eating strictly to
the core plan. It's funny to see how closely I'm sticking to what would
be my points and exercise bonus points (haven't eaten many of those!) if
I was following the points plan. And I haven't been really hungry,
either. Just ready for my next meal when it came.
