Part 68: Barbara Schwarz reveals shocking news!

in Rosemarie Bretschneider's (RB) files about me, is a hint that Mucha
denied my rights of privacy also down the road, just as Beneken and so
many other Scientology attackers did.
RB also wrote that the chief psych of the Uni of Munich psychiatric
clinic, Hippius, and forensic judge Bohn, "used" me "for to advance
their careers."
Judge Bohn made decisions on me without ever having seen me or spoken
to me.
Psych Hippius came one time to me while I was incarcerated in that
terrible pigstable, that he called his clinic. Hippius did not
understand why I did not bond with his psychs and other staff, but
rather told the psychs and the other personnel to take hikes. - If he
would have something that is called emotional intelligence, he would
have been not surprised that I protested being locked up to be
stripped off my religion, after being kidnapped and abused by police,
and abused and mistreated also in his very own institution by his
psychs and his staff.
(Attention psych Hippius: I heard that there are degraded people that
love their abusers, but I am just not one of them.)
RB wrote that the favorable evaluations on her own mental health by
two American psychiatrists were not accepted by the German government
and the courts. She was afraid that somebody would stuff her in the
same clinic as she helped to incarcerate me, after Cyrill Vospers, his
partners in cime and her attempt to deprogram me in Herrsching had
failed. That is why she organized herself those favorable psychiatric
evaluations. The judge on the deprogramming case, Gertrude Krautloher,
however told her that American evaluations are not recognized in the
German court system.
Krautloher gave RB a real light sentence and never did anything to
ensure that RB did her community service. A German psych with name
Schwarz (!) was at Krautlohers side. He wanted to hear me. (Rather to
satisfy his curiosity on me.) I was the victim in the case. But
Krautloher almost jumped out of her skin and refused the request. She
was so afraid I could speak up and that she had to pass out a harsh
sentence against the inhuman and dangerous "deprogramming".
Yep, some "justice" over there.
I don't think any psychiatric evaluations are worth anything. Psychs
don't have the answers to lead people to sanity and are incompetent
all over the world. However, can anybody explain why the American
psychiatric evalations are not accepted by the German government, e.g.
the courts? I mean, isn't sanity and insanity the same all over the
world? Do the Germans claim that Germans have other insanities than
the Americans?
(Attention American psychs: The Germans are discriminating against
you, not because you are psychs, but because you are American psychs!)
German psych Mende of the psychiatric clinic of the Uni in Munich
wrote together with his partner Nedopil an evaluation of several pages
on me in 1984. They lied of course that I would be nuts in that paper,
blamed Scientology and not the violent German abduction from
Copenhagen on that I was upset.
They based their information about me mainly of what nutty RB told
them about me. RB told and wrote to me that Mende and Nedopil wrote in
the evaluation exactly what she wanted to have in there. She(!) made
the diagnosis, and at least in this lifetime, she wasn't a psych or a
psychologist. They did what she wanted, because she was their only
source of information on me, despite Juerg Stettler, the despicable
Scientology infiltrator, that said to the psychs, he would cooperate
with them and would furnish them with information about me. (To make
them keep me, of course. I think that wog Stettler never got over it
that I became the President of the German SCN org after he was found
having committed surppressive acts against SCN by a mission.)
The purpose was to deprogam me and use me against Scientology, to
close the religion Scientology down in Germany and later also in
Europe. The psychs had to go with RB and could not afford to alienate
her. That is why she was able to determine the diagnosis of my alleged
mental illness. She wanted it to be "a psychosis", so it became one.
But as those psychs are insane themselves (Nedopil even told me he
swallowed all the psycho drugs there are) it actually doesn't matter
who made the diagnosis. They are are incompetent as RB and would not
have done better than she did.
Get also this: Psych Mende, who signed the written evaluation on me
for the courts, never (!) came to see me in all those eight months of
terrible imprisonment. He heard that I told the other psychs to get
lost, so he decided not to deal with rejection (what would mean he
would have to pop lots of drugs to get over that depression that I
caused them by not admiring them and cooperating with them). He wrote
and signed an evaluation on a person he never saw in person, he never
spoke to.
Nedopil came a few times, but I told him to leave me alone, because I
knew that I was in that madhouse to be deprogrammed, and that the
psychs were not interested to look in the abuses of the German police,
of the German courts, or in the abuses that happened in their own
clinic against me. He was really angry. I saw it in his eyes and his
behavior. He could not understand that I did not fall for "his
charme". Duh, I could read in their faces and activities that they
were incompetent and corrupt, so who wants to waste time with those
despicable criminals?
I saw on U.S. TV an American psych saying that it would be extremely
unprofessional to write an evaluation about a person that was not seen
in person and not spoken to. (But we don't need psychs to tell us
this, right? We know that all by ourselves.)
Read in next installment that those Munich psychs kicked American
psych John Clark out. I do not know why sent him. I did not request
him to come, but the German psychs did not allow him to see me.
