Teachers try to convince people to recognize, trust in, and
develop their own abilities.
It is easy enough to determine whether someone is a priest or
a teacher.
If they are making claims of abilities that they cannot
demonstrate, they are priests.
If their words are incomprehensible, the implication being
that they are only incomprehensible to _you_ because you
don't have the ability to comprehend their meaning, then
they are priests.
If they spend their time trying to convince you that they
are superior human beings rather than helping you develop
your own abilities, they are priests.
If they want you buy anything but books available to the general
public on Amazon, or want you to pay them for their instructions
or services (that includes "donations"), they are priests.
Being a priest is a con game, and we see it being played here
all the time.
Magick requires no material things and no one can do it for
you. You have to do it yourself. These are simple facts.
Anyone who tells you different is ignorant or a priest
or the minion of a priest.

The truth can be expressed in plain English, more or less.

That's not right. I had forgotten just how many books there
are on the market that claim to be about Magick but are
complete garbage.
A real teacher needs no books, nor do his/her students.
I agree with this.

If you have no use for the written word, why are you on Usenet?
He probably moves his lips when he reads and writes, making it 'speech'.
Again, Sid is off the wall stupid. If one is off the wall stupid
everything is incomprehensible. That being the case, by Sid's silly
rules everyone but Sid is a priest. There is no need to lift or teach
others. We assist the gifted. Think of it as a club of the top ten
percent of a class. We help each other with homework that the lower
students can't even comprehend. All the world is NOT meant to be
smart. That is why they grade on a curve. If you have the ability to
comprehend magick you would most likely be a 4.0 GPA or close. The
rest are doomed to their inherent limitations. Nothing can change
that. No one is going to save you from yourselves or reverse genetics.
It isn’t in the plan.
