My main mailbox is accessible only to listed addresses and mails
that have a long and uncommon word on the subject line. All other
mail is dumped by the filter.

The list of email addresses is quite long, although many of them
are inactive and some are probably dead.

But there's no telling who has the password.

I received an email today from an anonymous remailer and it was
undoubtedly at the end of a long remailer chain, so there is no
way that the sender could be tracked down. It got through because
it had the password on the subject line. Here's the text:

"I used to post on alt.religion.wicca but only lurk now and dig
the way you deal with that ren asshole. But it isn't good enough.
I finally got his real name and address and I am going to take
some vacation time here pretty quick and pay him a visit. I am
going to deliver a message to him that a whole lot of people on
the internet would like to give him. Stay tuned."

That's it. No signature.

Shouldn't be a problem for a magickal adept and powerful psychic
and ex-military man like "ren". <snicker>

Enjoy your surpise visitor, "ren". You've earned it.

Not a problem Sid. They can track you down and check your computer out
to see where it came from.

Soon as ren reports the threat since you are a known lead to them.
Whew..lucky for that.

On Jan 16, 10:15 pm, Sidney Lambe <nos...@nospam.invalid> ordered his
entree:
<snip>

Ah, no. That would be far too rich for you, sir.

Might I suggest instead the Bullet-Salad Sandwich, with a chilled DMSO-
hexaflouride cocktail? The drink will cleanse the palate, and I think
you'll find the sandwich to your liking.

For dessert, we have U-238 cake, H2SO4-punch pie and the Chemist's
Confection, topped with a layer of FOAD.

I can get you a sampler, if you'd like?

Johnny was a chemist's son,
but Johnny is no more.
What Johnny thought was H2O
was H2SO4

Do people not read the news as to how many years in jail people are
getting for threats and personal information exposed on the internet?

I'm sure sidneystone thinks he is much too clever for that, what with
his elaborate explanation about how it was an anonymous poster who
could not possibly be traced, blah, blah, blah. Sidneystone thinks he
is smarter than anyone--certainly smarter than any of those
contemptible civil servant law enforcement types. It's the Ted Bundy
Syndrome. Bundy was brilliant, in addition to being a psychopath.
That's how he got away with what he did.

Oh wait... Never mind. ;-p

sidstone [$$l3yp35-nsqg1cuikpoid$s us...@privat.org] may have gotten clean
away with it too, had he not continued to post and 'outsmarted' himself.
