Except that my stuff is, in fact, the product of my own creative genius. I
do own the copyright to it.
The stuff on your web page is a conglomerations of things you have obtained
from *other sources* without you giving a single attribution to those
sources., unless you want to tell us that you founded Voodoo, Hoodoo, and
the many other traditions you <cough cough> "borrow" heavily from.
You fulfill the quick definition of a "plagiarist." Just because it is old
and a matter of tradition does not give you the right to claim it as your
own.

Actually, I think one of my old posts is on that site.
Your statements are false and are based on false premises.
A) I write my own stuff and have been doing so for 35 years now.
B) I do not write about Voodoo.
C) Research is not plagiarism.
D) I credit all sources quoted.
E) There are extensive bibliographies in all my published books.
F) There are extensive bibliographies at my web site.
G) Plonk.

Hoodoo in Theory and Practice -- http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodoo.html
Siva has been archiving substantive usenet posts (but not chit-chat or
flame posts) on the topics of religion, magic, mysticism, and occultism
since long before deja news existed. All posts have headers and thus are
credited to the author, with date, newsgroups posted to, etc. Like
google groups, which inherited the deja news archives when deja went
under, siva removes any or all archived posts from any person who wishes
his or her own material taken down. A simple email to
naga...@luckymojo.com is sufficient for removal. Posts are archived at
The Esoteric Archive --------- http://www.luckymojo.com/esoteric.html
and there is a search engine on that page that enables searching by
author, topic, or keywords.

Gods Talesin, you are such a fucking projectionist. And a hypocrite, given the amount of
stuff you have posted to ARW without attribution. Even the "McWicca" joke, which you
sternly held on to as a product of your "creative genius" apparently existed long before
you even took a 'pen' to it. (or did you use the pen for copying it down, hmmm?)

It's funny because I read something about Goofer dust on her site in
connection to Voodoo and Hoodoo.

She researches from peoples' posts on usenet. Ie. she takes them and posts
them without ever informing them.

So true.

She's still reading you. I take her to be the fake plonking type.

She's not as talented in the lies department as Shard is.
No, Voodoo is not what i write about. I know of nothing called Goofer
Dust in the Voodoo religion of Benin or Haiti. Do some research. Grow an
intelligence all your own. Study. Learn. Visit alt.religion.orisha or
alt.religion.voodoo if you can conduct yourself well and wish to
understand. I write about folk magic, not religion.

And another plonk.
which page?
>> > obtained from *other sources* without you giving a single

I remember her karezza ref was Tokology's Alice Bunker Stockham
and she strongly recommended a few different sources in the
alt.tantra FAQ. sri catyananda repeatedly references the Hyatt
collection as inspiration, along with Gamache, Hohman, and even
Zora Neal Hurston, whose text she describes and sells. plainly
you are mistaken.

I doubt you understand the meaning of the term. take it elsewhere
or provide substantiation for the claim.

blather.
>> A) I write my own stuff and have been doing so for 35 years now.

counters 'plagiarism' claim. you're trying to squirm your way
out of the destruction of your original claims (plagiarism,
see above, which you do not understand).
>> B) I do not write about Voodoo.

examples?
if anything she borrows heavily from hoodoo sources on account
of her admiration and enjoyment of said magical tradition.
>> C) Research is not plagiarism.

demonstration of your ignorance. doing research is receptive,
citation is only stylish valuable for *expression*.

which one?

a valuable point, if there weren't references elsewhere.
I know of several instances where she quotes Pow-wows or
Gamache in illustration of a point regarding hoodoo, for
example, and provides specific page numbers and locations
of the text she's quoting. same with Hyatt's informants.
you're blowing hot air, chum.

What, exactly, do you claim has been plagiarized? Back up your assertion, bucko.
oh yes, she most certainly is. she has also sent her little henchman to
"deal with me." how fucking lame is that?
come back when you can prove someone else can
there is neither an original thought nor an attribute on those pages, bucko
Actually you write quite a bit about voodoo.
You seem to think so too.

I don't understand this post, but it looks like it belongs in
alt.magick.tantra more than in alt.lucky.w -- alt.magick.tantra covers
sexual magic, among other things, but alt.lucky.w is about lucky tokens
and folk-magic, not your topic. Alt.magick.tantra has been dominated by
a spammer named Dharmadeva, who is trying to keep the group anti-sexual,
so anything you ost there on sex would be of interest. Be prepared for
his follow-ups, though.
Good luck.
