I read your request and it made me wonder about the Lucky Mojo Curio
Co. Catalogue.
So i looked it up.
www.luckymojo.com is a hugh site! wherein the Curio Catalogue is just
one small part of.
But i was already familar with the "amulets and talismans" section
and went there and
looked for Pentagrams.
Its a big secton so i had to think in what section to look under, its
divided by countries
Bhutan, Guatamala, India, Turky, Italy etc. & America.
The other areas than the America section i was more familiair with,
but just on a hunch i
looked and in the American seciton of Amulets and Talismans is

$7.00 plus shipping.
Go to this link and scroll down to the American section of the
catalogue. Near the bottom
of the page, the last section in Amulets and Talismans
http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatamulets.html
There are sevreal examples of Pentagrams of various sorts there.

I found some really pretty ones at www.etsy.com. This is like Ebay but
for artisans and crafters. I just received a pendant where the
pentagram was made up of interlocking lightning bolts. With the
shipping it came to $39.95. There are many different sizes and price
ranges but most were well under $30.
I also think the Azure Green catalog is still around. There's also the
Pyramid Collection catalog, but these guys tend to be pricey for what
you get.
Hope this helps.

There's loads of stuff to be had on the interwebs. One I found was:
http://metapot.com/home.php?cat=1017
but even the likes of Ebay has such Wiccan & Pagan jewelry ranging from made
by skilled gold/silversmiths who are 3rd degree initiated members of
lineaged traditions, to those mass produced in a Chinese jewelry factory
that may or may not be actually 'silver' or 'gold'.
I plugged in "Wiccan jewelry" into USA Ebay and got 1008 hits:
http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m38.l1311&_nkw=wiccan+jewelry&_sacat=See-All-Categories
"Pagan Jewelry", "Pentagram" and "Pentacle" may also be good search words.
(Oh, and waves madly at Baha!)
