For those who are interested, here is a link to the home page of one of

The canals along the west and north sides of the house have not
overflowed - here: downstream, the northern canal is 'way, *'way* over
its banks.

My inlaws may be homeless: I know that the twin-in-law and his wife
have been evacuated from their mobile home community (which sounds *so*
much more refined than "trailer park!"). My mother-in-law, eldest
brother-in-law and his family are near a canal in one of the areas that
has been hit worst, but they *may* be all right since they aren't right
on a canal.

The SO is in DC and I've had no problems so far - although one hopes the
stores will open soon....
