Survey research of ritual practices

I am currently doing an independent study on ritual trends across multiple disciplines. For this I have designed a survey for practitioners of occultism and spiritual mysticism. I am sure some of you have seen me inform other forums about this survey. I hope to gain a higher understanding of how people of diverse backgrounds practice ritual.
