This is an organization that claims to be pacifist, that it is 'no part of this
world' and for whom people in Malawi died just because they would not buy an
identification card!!

Thanks to Kent Steinhaug to alerting me to this. Using the search
engine on http://www.tenkwizard.com/ and typing "Watchtower" into
their search engine, revealed the following:

The Watchtower Society Owns "A Bomb" Parts Factory

"Rand Cam Engine Corp. is a privately held company whose stock is
reportedly owned 50% by The Watchtower Society, a religious
organization, 34% by James McCann and the balance by several other
shareholders. Mr. McCann has indicated that he donated the shares
held by The Watchtower Society to that organization but has retained
a voting proxy for those shares. Accordingly, in Notes (3) and (4)
above, beneficial ownership of the 5,367,900 shares registered in
the name of Rand Energy Group Inc. has been attributed to The
Watchtower Society and Mr. McCann.

The Company issued 5,700,000 shares of its Common Stock at a deemed
value of $0.01 per share to Rand Energy Group Inc. ("REGI") in
exchange for certain valuable rights, technology, information, and
other tangible and intangible assets relating to the United States
rights to the Rand Cam Engine (the "Original Engine"). REGI is a
privately-held British Columbia corporation which is 51% controlled
by Reg Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held British Columbia
corporation ("Reg Tech").

In 1995, the Company acquired an exclusive limited sublicense to
market and distribute in Canada the rights to Machine Vision
Technology. On October 31, 1995, the Company sold its rights to the
Machine Vision Technology to Reg Tech for $200,000. All obligations
pursuant to the sublicense were transferred to Reg Tech.

The defense industry has applied machine vision technology to "smart"
bombs, which use video imaging technology to identify targets through
the use of special optic sensors. The sensors feed scenic information
into sophisticated computer programs that then process the scenic
information into target location coordinates."

This Initial Business Plan pertains to Reg Technologies, Inc. ("Reg

Air Vapor Flow System ("AVFS"), which the Company's management
("Management") represents as an innovative fuel conditioning
technology. Also included is a brief update on development of the
Company's Rand Cam technology. http://www.regtech.

The Rand Cam Engine is 50% lighter and has 2 to 3 times the power of

REGI U.S., Inc. is engaged in the business of developing and
building an improved axial vane-type rotary engine known as the Rand
Cam/Direct Charge Engine (RC/DC Engine), which is a variation of the
Rand Cam Rotary Engine, an axial vane rotary engine. The Company
holds the rights to develop, build, and market the RC/DC Engine
design in the United States pursuant to an agreement with Rand
Energy Group, Inc. (RAND). Each company will fund 50% of the
continuing development cost of the RC/DC Engine. The Company is
controlled which in turn is controlled 51% by Reg Technologies, Inc.

Thanks Jan!

Another example of bad associations spoiling useful habits. How
does a jehovah-directed corporation, with one employee,
theokratically justify owning stock in a company that makes
munitions components? Didn't multitudes of bro's and cisterns
spend time in prison for refusing to have anything to do with
*alternative service* and the like? Not to mention the great
vaccination fiasco of the pre-WWII, as regards imprisonment,
jW's. (For the those-who-know-what-I'm-referring-to klass)

It's stunning news. Not only did Jehovah's Witnesses of the
rank and file spend time in prison, but many of them experienced
great violence (thinking of Malawi) trying to uphold the
strictly neutral policy of the WTS. Too bad the heirachy can't
do the same.

" Even if there is the slightest suggestion of compromise, or a
doubt, we should not do it."

"There must be no compromise....Again, it needs to be made clear
that a stand of neutrality, as 'no part of the world,' keeping
clear of those arms of the world - religion, politics and the
military - supporting them neither directly nor indirectly, is
the stand that will be blessed by Jehovah. We went no grey
areas, we want to know exactly where we stand as non-
compromising Christians" -- memorandum of Governing Body member

I've come to believe that Joltin' Joe Rutherford, who once
bellowed (probably drunkenly), *Religion is a snare and a trap*,
was probably more of a prophet than he realized. Good L.Barry
quote, btw.

Not only have Dubs been persecuted in Malawi, but how about in
the US? The USSR? The rank and file have suffered much while
upholding *uncompromising* christian standards. It is truly a
shame (not to mention a *sham*) that the gb have not upheld
those aforementioned standards.

Thanks Jan,

This is a bombshell! I hope some of the resident Watchtower apologists
come out of hiding on this. (not holding my bad-breath though) Once

I've been trying to make sense of the posts...

You say The Society owns this company is actively making and selling munitions?

They own shares in a plant that manufactures an engine used in the smart
bomb. The Shares were signed over to them under very suspicious circumstances
as well to get out of some business problem ....

The Question still remains...

Is the WTBS actively manufacturing and selling munitions?

Also If the WTBS bought shares in IBM and IBM made a program that the Defense Department
uses... Does that make the WTBS an arms dealer?

The answer we need only involves Yes or No.

Also... You state "under very suspicious circumstances"...and also "as well as to get
out of some business problems".

Care to elucidate? If your information is correct there should be no reason not to give
details.
