This trial is definitely going to be a test for the defendants. Will
they defend their spiritual master, Srila Prabhupada, or will they try
and defend themselves at his expense?

Who are the Petitioners??? What is the estimated time for the class to
remain open, and what are some of the specific languages of the suit ??
40 petioners equal 400 Million, and 2,000 victims equal what? 20
BILLION!!

I see guilt has already been determined by you. I did not know you
were judge and jury.
This lawsuit has been developed in such a way as to put Srila
Prabhupada's reputation on the line in an effort to throw out the old
guard. What a risky endeavor. What a sad day we have woken to great.
Why throw out the old guard when then new guard is so ready to commit
guru aparadha for political gain?

The Windle Turley law firm designed the case so as to get the maximum
amount of money for the plaintiffs and to recover their own legal
expenses plus make a profit. Kicking anyone out of their ill-gotten
position may be Lord Sri Krishna's ultimate plan, but it is not the
concern of Turley & Co.

Do you think the plaintiffs are seeking positions in ISKCON? I very
much doubt it!
Perhaps some of the IRM devotees will be part of the "new guard", but
they have nothing to do with this lawsuit.

the list below either, so don't go there!)
ISKCON will make it through this just as the Catholic Church has time and
time again!
