Maybe an example would help. I was talking to someone, and felt they needed
some healing round a head ache. As soon as the thought came in I was aware
of this huge guy around them, doing the hands on stuff. I thought it was one
of their guides, but he followed me home, and |I've been aware of him for
years, but now it's a lot clearer, and sharper. I always saw him around my
preparatory journey, but recently I've seen what he really does, and how he
does it, all I need to do is ask.
I've always believed we had personal guides, others that come and go, and
whatever the hierarchy involved in the process we become aware of when we go
home. i.e. While we're alive that doesn't matter to getting things done.
Those ideas seem to be changing, so, if anyone has anything to add to my
confusion please feel free. Writing this has helped fill in a few gaps
already.
Allan
There are some beings that help me accomplish things, so they are
around, but I am not sure that is what you are asking.

Hi Bosco
I know they're around, I feel them around on journeys, get to talk to them,
learn, get my ass kicked occasionally...But they've always been in the
background, out of focus in a way, while whoever \ whatever I need to be
aware of is sharp and clear, so I can stay on track with what I'm supposed
to be doing. Which for a psychic medium is important. That's one thing
that's changed, these few times the guide has been totally clear, which was
their previous way of showing someone else's guide to me.
The other thing that's changed is more weird, and subtle. I sometimes have
to remove a spirit from around a person or place. Whenever that is required
I go into this certain frame of mind where there is absolute clarity,
everything happens really fast, and the job gets done with minimal risk to
myself, because the spirit world is not a healthy place for a living soul
especially when the spirit to be evicted has friends. This process always
goes along the same lines, remote viewing the area in infinitesimal detail.
Each correct answer brings me closer to acting, each wrong one (and there's
very few of them) makes me look again. So, when I go in, I know exactly what
to do, do the battle, and leave the bodies for the undertakers, or they go
peacefully during the build up. The times this thing has happened with my
own guides I've been in that same head space. So I know I'm there.
I'm not complaining, just very severely puzzled at the moment, hopefully the
full moon will bring some more clarity. Sometimes posting my ramblings here
brings some confirmation from another, which is another reason I posted.
Hope everything's going well with you
Allan
I understand better now. I don't know if this has anything to do with
what you are asking either, but here goes. When we dream there are two
of us in our dreams. This was pointed out to me by a Castaneda book
many years ago. There is either us in first person and our dream self
watching, or our dream self acting and we are watching. To take the
idea a little farther, if we are in this plane, then there are three of
us as in the action. The one here, the two in the other reality, either
acting or watching.
That is about as close I can get to an explanation for your question.
Hopefully someone will come along that may know and share.
Things are going well for the most part. I am glad to read all is well
with you and your endeavors too!

A meditation technique I use as part of past life healing for people is to
get them to see themselves sat somewhere secure, then visulaise their own
spirit leaving there to go on the journey. Doing it that way, I was
informed, kept everyone safe, and let me walk into their journey. In my own
meditations I'm usually the observer, or was, now I just get zonked into a
semi trance. Trouble is these weren't dreams, and were very much first
person (me doing the action of standing there, open mouthed, in shock).
Maybe it's about realising I'm there with them spirit to spirit. I'm certain
this is just the start, and whatever's planned will make some sort of sense
eventually. I'll certainly think about what you said, I can sort of see a
thread through the labyrinth using it as a starting point, so thanks.

Hi Allan and Bosco, how are you guys? May I ask you a question,
please? Since both of you are so familiar with extensive journeys
within and without the soul I wonder if you know some technique to
recover lost memories. I´m not referring to something traumatic, like
abuse or anything like that. At the age of seven I was moved from my
foster-parents (without my consent) and strangely I remember almost
nothing from my life before that point in my life. You are resourceful
and if you can think of somethink please let me know. Thanks, A.

Hi Armin.
This is what was suggested, and will take 15 mins a day over two weeks.
1st 3 days, sit quietly and comfortable, and consciously think I am
breathing in, breath in, I am breathing out, breath out. Don't do anything
else at all, if any other thoughts come in ignore them, and go back to
thinking about each action of breathing. You might only manage 10 minutes
with these sessions 'cos it's incredibly boring, but is the only way to open
doors.
2nd 3 days do the same for 5 minutes, so you're relaxed, and then day dream
your memories for 10 minutes. See yourself on one side of a canyon, and
don't try to cross the canyon. Just admire the sunsets.
3rd 3 days. Same again, but for the last 5 minutes become aware of someone
looking at you over your shoulder, don't picture them, ask them anything,
just be aware of their presence, become grounded by remembering your
memories, without struggling.
10th day. Same again for 5 mins, just be aware of your breathing in and out.
Let the picture of the setting sun over the canyon fill your thoughts as you
do this. After a while you will a hand, a small hand in yours, leading you
gently through the dusk. See the 7 year old you holding your hand leading
you to a bridge over the canyon. Cross the bridge. If this gets emotional or
hard feel their hand in yours. They will get you across.
4th 3 days Sit and breath, feel the hand in yours, trust what they show you
as memories, only when you feel the hand in yours.
Last day, Sit, breath, become aware of the hand. Thank them for their help.
Realise this is your own inner child, now healed, and has simply returned.
There could be some emotional releasing around the next few days. After that
memories, and the lessons they bring, should be clearer to you.
You don't need to set any intentions, if you see anyone in your journeys
they are friends, guardians for your journey. You are safe, and kept safe,
by not asking for anything, or accepting anything other than is described
above.
Be well
Allan
Allan, thanks a lot. I will do this. I have just finished teaching so I
´ve got plenty of time on my hands now. A
bosco, this is incorrect. please go back and read properly. There is
the body, which is actually an energy sphere, and the energy body,
which is pure intent. The energy body is what we dream with. It is
also sometimes called the dreaming body. If you disagree with this,
then you should find the passage and quote it.

Dear A,
try either the recapitulation, or if so inclined, primalling (primal
therapy) which releases memories by reconnecting them to the conscious
awareness. Memories are often disconnected and kept veiled because
they are painful. You should know that this probably was in a way
traumatic, and added to the emotional overload of losing your parents.
Emotional overload and pain tends to disconnect feeling and thus
memories from consciousness.

cleartonal
Alan,
be careful when you proclaim that something 'is the only way'. There
may indeed be as or more effective ways. Don't forget, we live inside
the Infinite.
Warm regards,
cleartonal.
Clear Tonal, thanks. A
Alan,

Where, in any of the above, have I proclaimed this is the only way? Unlike
you I am not judgmental enough to point out your error, I'll let you find
that for yourself, and maybe, in looking, you will find more that will help
you in your journey.
I have no disagreement. I read those books in the early seventies and
was replying from memory and I obviously forgot some finer points.
Thanks for clarifying.
Hello Armin,
This is not something I am familiar with except as an audience.
There is a line of thought that some of us enter our bodies slower than
others. You may one of those who entered your body later than most
(somebody has to). You may then have little memory before that period
because you were not fully integrated into your body before that time?
On the other hand, when my Grandfather at 96 decided he lived long
enough, and decided to call it quits, he would tell me (when prompted)
of things he did not know he remembered from his childhood. For him
those memories were so fresh he was reliving them again. As his time
grew closer he became more a part of those memories than of this
reality.
I know in my own life, memories that were crystal clear of my earliest
memories have been pushed aside by more recent memories. They have not
deserted me, nor have yours I imagine, but they may take some patience
and quiet time as Allen suggests to find again.
That being said, scents and images that would have been common for you
as a toddler may help them resurface.

my apologies, but wasnt this from you? i mean no hostility or
fractiousness, just seeking to clarify. anyway, i know that you mean
to help, so good on you for that.

all good, Armin. The psychologist's name is Arthur Janov and the book
is The Primal Scream. Compelling reading and very effective for memory
reclaimation.

Yes, it was from me, and, as far as my guidance goes, concentrating solely
on one's breathing without attempting to do, or think, of anything else, is
the ONLY safe way for someone who can't be present with me, when I could
make sure they're safe, but still wishes to use what was suggested as a
technique for their own help. Anything else is asking for trouble. I fully
appreciate there are many ways to journey, there are more books than paths,
but I don't DO books, neither do my guides.
The human mind can have one thought in it at a time, visuals can sometimes
be seen on a 'split screen,' as a medium I do that a lot, but I'm not trying
to show Armin how to talk to dead people. To open a door means to still the
mind, which for someone who's never tried can be hard. Sitting relaxed, in
silence, there is only one thing happening, breathing in, and breathing out.
So, it makes sense to make the best use of that sensation. Because there is
no intent to do anything then the person is safely grounded without the need
for weird rituals, and visualisations beforehand.
I wrote 'This is what was suggested, and will take 15 mins a day over two
weeks.' For a reason, I asked upstairs for a technique that would achieve
what Armin needs, and that was what came through. Simple as that. It was
also relevant to Armin, only.
