In books,

I am currently reading Richard Bartlett, his second book. I will probably
find and read his first book. He steals heavenly from Rhonda Byrne and her
book, The Secret, but he is putting it together in a way that isn't
clothed in a bunch of obtuse language and thought.

Way of the Shaman by Michael Harner will get you going quickly.

Be open minded on all of these, as there is more than one way to get
there. Harner and system got me there first. I found other methods and
left Harner on the shelf.

Imagination is the key. If you can not imagine, you won't get very far.

Finally, if you are able to get to alternate worlds or realities, take a
sanity check on yourself.

When I first found this group back in the 90's it was very active. People
were dropping to realities and using them as a playground. This was
frowned upon by the powers that be, and there were two direct results.

Some people lost their way and their sanity. Some people took things back
with them that should have stayed there and as a result had their life
taken over by what people generally think of as a Demon. Yes, they are out
there.

I rarely 'travel' these days, because there is not a big need for people
who do things a Shaman can do. Plus I got tired of the hassle of people
willing to give me anything, only to be skeptical a month later over what
I told them.
