"...to reverse the social decay that threatens out society by
resolving the devastating core problems of drug addiction, crime,
failing education, illiteracy and plummeting morality."
So why is ABLE Int listing as a service accomplishment that it
"assisted the International Academy of Detoxification Specialists with
the expansion of their detoxification centers in New York. These
centers have the purpose of detoxifying those emergency services
employees adversely affected by the toxins from the destruction of the
World Trade Center on September 11, 2001."
What does that have to do with drug addiction, crime, illiteracy or
morality? Why on earth is able supporting this group?
-maggie, human being
Well, ABLE does have Narconon / Criminon on its downlines, and this is just
another "secular floor wax" application of the Purif snake-oil. (One
stealth Narconon site even says that the NYDetox is the same program as
Narconon. One scam fits all.)
Ron of that ilk.
They provide the materials ("tech") no doubt, for whatever drills or courses they do
along with the detox. As they try to look like separate entities or congratulate each
other, one hand washes the other often to give an air of legitimacy. Targeted groups
are supposed to "believe" it is true after receiving tons of glossy brochures from
the cardboard town, all set up to look convincing.

In a pyramid scheme, they are all attached.
Here is how Second Chance is licensed, showing the trip to the top of the pyramid:
Second Chance is licensed under Criminon, a Scientology front group targeting
inmates. Criminon, Narconon, Applied Scholastics and The Way to Happiness Foundation
are all under the umbrella of A.B.L.E., the Association for Better Living and
Education. And A.B.L.E. is contained under the entity which controls all Hubbard
copyrights, the Church of Spiritual Technology.

Even a secular floor wax needs to align with its own mission
The NY Detox has zero to do with "resolving drug addiction, crime,
illiteracy or morality."
Yet ABLE is supporting it with funds.

ABLE and its brood are Scientology-related entities according to the IRS.
4. The social benefit and other public benefit entities discussed at pages
1-28 through 1-42 of the June submission along with all subsidiaries,
subordinate chapters, subordinate organizations, or sublicensees thereof
(e.g., organizations that are permitted to use particular names, copyrights,
service marks, and/or technologies) are Scientology-related entities. Thus,
for example, Citizens Commission on Human Rights, National Commission on Law
Enforcement and Social Justice, Scientology Defense Fund Trust, Association
for the Better Living and Education, Applied Scholastics Incorporated,
Narconon International, The Way to Happiness Foundation, and the Foundation
for Religious Freedom are Scientology-related entities. Pages 1-28 through
1-42 are attached as Exhibit VIII-2 to this Agreement.
Grrrr, every time I see "Foundation for Religious Freedom" I start to do a
happy-dance because I think of the Foundation for Religious Tolerance which
International Foundation for Human Rights and Tolerance, which spawned Youth
for Human Rights International .. which would be a slam-dunk for proving the
I swear they took every possible combination of Foundation, Religious,
Freedom, Tolerance, Human Rights, Commission, etc, and created a sock-puppet
front group for it.
I'm also sure that all the groups they've created since the IRS surrender
agreement *implicitly* fall under it as Scientology-related entities
(there's an inclusive clause in there) and they're probably using it to
green-light the rubber-stamp approval as non-profit charitable groups.
Proving that could be tricky, of course.
Hmm, this right here: "all subsidiaries, subordinate chapters, subordinate
organizations, or sublicensees thereof (e.g., organizations that are
permitted to use particular names, copyrights, service marks, and/or
technologies) are Scientology-related entities." NY Detox licences the
Purif tech and uses certain names, trademarks and copyrights, doesn't it?
