HiThere!

BVS sayz:

"The Lindstein case , which is the case being brought against David
Miscavige as well as RTC and CSI, is being amended to allege a class
action. There are benefits to a class action under the relatively unusual
circumstances of scientology litigation. For example, if the class is
certified the members of the class get the benefit of the filing date in
that case for purposes of staute of limitation issues."

Hmm, niiice.

I bet Mr David Miscavige is really pleased about this and absolutely does
not let it bother him at all.

Best regards

Jens

Indeed, it has been proved since eons that Dwarfscavige is the SooperOatea,
so, nothing is bothering him ever.

Till he goes in some jail where criminal boxers are better trained and of
higher weight than he's!

It's a great new to see that new activitiy before courts, whether in Europe,
or in USA or Australia and perhaps NZ...

Roger:

He is not so hot martial arts trained as you think.

Trust me.

At least 4 of my friends are Black Belts in Tae Kwondo and
for good reason and one of them Gloria, is about 5" 4" and
can probably kick him through a wall with 5 staff members
standing behind him.

Don't let that fool you at all. People like that, they think they
are sharp but they are not.

I doubt I said he was great in martial art. He's just a shortlegged boxer
profiting of the fact that people facing him do fear worse than slaps and
such.

Not even the President of the United States bullies
cabinet members.

Especially Jeff Hawkins, looks so much happier now
that he doesn't get jumped twice a week from DM.

It is enough to infuriate some people Roger.

DM has his own private gym, he runs 5 miles a day,
while Sea Org member move their bowels in buckets
on a hill and shower with garden hoses.

And then he tells them "I am the only one who does these
things around here". [sic] He even has pets! According to LRH
policy no animals of any kind are ever allowed in the church.

fine then, he'll be much sooner dead.
That's the best for the cult members.

(read some of the many studies proving that people abusing of physocal
exercice and sportv etc are dead much sooner than others. Normal... I feel
that their hearts are not done to endure their insane trainings to win.

The same as being "trained to win" by elrong, sort of, but that's too bad
for those people who are factually "trained" so by the crime cult.
