Thanks for posting this. Such a suit is a long time coming. OTOH, the
cult will bring its largest artillery in its defense. I hope,
fervently, that this suit will remain alive after the first horrific
barrages of Scientology's legal assaults.
For those of us on the sidelines, this should be a good show!

I remember you hinting at something coming a short while back. It seem that
you, Sir, have delivered.
Oh, hell yes! And there are others waiting, should this test case win.
I think the Chinese call it "the death of a thousand cuts."
Scientology is going to get nibbled apart by a big school of little
victims. What goes around comes around. Payback's a bitch. There's a
million ways to say what's about to come crashing down on the
totalitarian dwarf's well -coiffed head.
Pass the popcorn, pls!

Oh my gawd, has scientology deserved ONE MORE criminal indictment for ONE
MORE crime?
that's too bad, for such a gentle sympathetic group of so marvellous people
led by such a lot of Saints, Saint Hubbard, Saint MissCabbage...

It isn't a criminal indictment, but a civil complaint.
Congratulations, Marc. This should be interesting, as it will surely
force them to play the religion card as much as possible.
It isn't a criminal indictment, but a civil complaint.
thanks for the precision; but it's nevretheless indeed against criminal
activities like sequestration, enslavement, unpaid workjobs, humiliations,
various violations of human rights, non-assistance to endangered persons,
putting people at risk of committing suicide and advicing some to commit it
directly, some of these activities being indeed of a very criminal level
when they are committed "de sang-froid" by some cultists, particularly their
admiral Misscabbage.
(not a critic of what you say, Eldon; just an illustration of why I was
putting that this way).

Yes, this case may expose criminal activities. But it is not about
putting anybody in jail; it is only about collecting money for
damages.
Later, a prosecutor might be interested in filing criminal charges.
What will come to light is the underpayment of:
Social Security taxes & Medicare taxes
State income taxes
Federal income taxes
Disabilty insurance payments
State unemployment taxes
If the Franchise Tax Board could be induced to investigate the CO$
shortfall in those areas of State taxes, they would certainly be happy
to get the revenue. The State's a little short of cash these days.

I have made some room on my website to report this law suit.
Also changed the "description" so it will show up in Google search,
and sent a short article to the Dutch news agency ANP.
Great job, Marc!

To keep in mind:
"The defense of anything is UNTENABLE. The only way to defend anything
is to ATTACK, and if you ever forget that, then you will lose every
battle you are ever engaged in, whether it is in terms of personal
conversation, public debate or court of law. NEVER BE INTERESTED IN
CHARGES. DO, yourself, much MORE CHARGING, and you will WIN. And the
public, seeing that you won, will then have a communication line to
the effect that Scientologists WIN. Don't ever let them have any other
thought then that Scientology takes all its objectives.
Another point directly in the interest of keeping the general public
to
the general public communication line is good odor: It is vitally
important that a Scientologist put into action and overtly keep in
action Article 4 of the Code: "I pledge myself to punish to the
fullest
extent of my power anyone misusing or degrading Scientology to harmful
ends."

I analyze the lawsuit here:

This kind of thing devastated the Ku Klux Klan and it'll take down
$cientology, too. After all, $cientology IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY.
Kudos to attorney Barry Van Sickle for his efforts and work in filing
this and for helping expose this terrible situation, for Marc Headley
and for all who have endured this slave labor over the years.

I would doubt that the lawsuit has any chance at all of being successful.

That's what it's all about -- in the wog world. The real world.
Bravo Mr. Headley!
Our newest hero. Hope he writes a book all about it and makes loads
of money.
There's your '150 quantum volts of theta energy.'
What a pessimistic and general statement to make. At least state why
you think that way about it?
Great analysis. Consider posting the whole thing here so it's on
