Five other tax-exempt organizations connected to Rich have been operating in Illinois as
well, according to their federal tax returns. Records maintained by the Illinois Secretary
of State show that none of the five organizations have certificates of authority to do
business in the state.

Parents in Charge Foundation (formerly LEAD Foundation), which has never been authorized
to do business in Illinois.

This group works with ALEC -

News from this foundation heavily includes links to ALEC:
State Legislators Draft Model School Choice Bills 09/01/06
"ALEC's education task force convened to develop new strategies for reform efforts and to
share experiences from past and current programs."

(ALEC proposes "model legislation) and is mentioned in this letter from CCHR Bruce
Wiseman, when they joined the group, in order to "take away appropriations for
psychiatry."

At CCHR International we have a number of plans and projects coordinated to do just that.
One of these is to see that the psychs are ...deprived of their unearned millions in
appropriations..." A terrific opportunity has just arisen that will help us do just
that. There is an organization called the National Organization of Women Legislators...Two
years ago we started a similar project with the American Legislative Exchange Council
(ALEC). ALEC is a national organization made up of legislators from every state as well as
some federal legislators who meet and draft "model Legislation" for every state. The bean
return for that has been enormous! CCHR has worked its way up the conditions at ALEC and
recently got an article published by ALEC in opposition to mandated mental health parity
which went to key state legislators who deal with health issues in their respective
states.

Connected to $cn, via pay to play politics, as $cientology acts secularly to gain
consensus for killing mental health. More explanation on what these two groups have in
common here:

What's more, is the President of the NFWL is Robin Read, the wife of past ALEC board
member, and member of the Council for National Policy, (CNP) Sam Brunelli. There are also
extensive connections between ALEC, the NFWL, the Council for National Policy and Sun
Myung Moon.

Common Reasons:
Council For National Policy, (CNP)

The CCHR worked with the Council for National Policy members as well, as early as 1995, on
the issue of mental health in schools. The reasoning for both Scientology and CNP's
position on mental health is explained as follows: "A fundamental Christian side was
motivated by a strong notion that science was to replace their faith. On the leading side,
was Scientology as usual, looking to eradicate psychiatry. Both had something to gain as a
result of eliminating mental health programs in educational settings."
