Dandar Affidavit in support of Minton Motion to Quash 4/4

AFFIDAVIT OF
KENNAN G. DANDAR
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared KENNAN G. DANDAR
who after being duly sworn by me, deposes and says:

1. That affiant is the attorney for the ESTATE OF LISA MCPHEIRSON, as
counsel in probate and in the wrongful death suit against the CHURCH OF
SCIENTOLOGY FLAG SERVICE ORGANIZATION, INC. pending in Pinellas County,
Florida..

2. The affiant is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar since
1979.

3. At no time has ROBERT MINTON evercontrolled in any manner the wrongful
death suit.

4. At all times from the commencement to the present and into the future,
all litigation involving the ESTATE OF LISA McPHERSON is in the absolute
control of the Personal Representative, Dell Liebreich, the maternal aunt
of Lisa McPherson appointed by Fannie McPherson, Lisa's mother.

5 Any money provided by ROBERT MINTON has been provided only as a
nonrecourse, interest free loan. Mr. Minton has no "investment" in any
litigation involving the ESTATE OF LISA McPHERSON. Repayment to Mr. Minton
is at the sole discretion of the ESTATE.

6. At no time has the ESTATE or the beneficiaries of the ESTATE entered
into any informal or formal negotiations, discussions, or agreements with
ROBERT MINTON or any other third party concerning the disposition of any
proceeds realized from any litigation involving the ESTATE OF LISA
McPHERSON. Any evidence or representations that attempt to create any
inference that there is an agreement on disposition of proceeds from the
wrongful death litigation or any other litigation involving the ESTATE is
simply not true.

7. The wrongful death suit has been pending since February 1997. Affiant
can affirmatively state that, even though Scientology has been making
unfounded accusations concerning ROBERT MINTON's control over the wrongful
death litigation, there is no truth in this allegation. Scientology has
conducted enormous discovery in an attempt to create evidence and has
miserably failed to find an ounce of truth to this allegation for the
simple reason that its accusations are false.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.

Well, Bob Minton it is a shock to actually see one of your posts
available for me to just read on ARS. This may sound strange to
you but it is all to TRUE. So it is good to hear from you. Hope
this goes well. BTW what is it that you were upset with me about?
Why the lack of communication? Or was your communication just
stopped like mine? Well, hope to be able to read more from you in
the near future.
