Hello, Saussage---how was the rice & beans on RPF?
Gawd, they're all crawling out of the woodwork:
Jesse Prince must have them really worried.

They're obviously pissing in their panties about Prince. You can always
tell when they get freaked out, they all jump up like rabid little clams
and scream "No! Look at that nasty person over there!" and then proceed
to froth and sputter like Heebie-Jeebie did on public television, only
with more and nastier words, having discovered that on Usenet, unlike on
teevee, no one cares if you use 'em.

I once had a dear little cat who used to try to sneak up on someone or
something, but she did it in such an obvious way that she might as well
have had a neon sign over her head saying "look, I'm sneaking, don't
notice me!" We still call such "DeeTee Sneaking" in her honor. The clams
are *that* obvious and more...

Was this cat's full name Dejah Thoris by any chance?

Actually, yes, although Buz Busby gave her a middle name...Vu...for
(yes, you guessed it) Dejah Vu...
When she was born, I had actually been rereading my old John Carter
books, and then along came "Number of the Beast--" and I decided that she
should be named after a princess...she turned out to be a God Empress,
*better* than a princess. (She invented the universe, don'tcha know...)
