Hooooraaay!! :))

2 days ago, I received a $2000 check in the
mail from The International Association of
Scientologists as refund from a 1987 membership push which was purchased
for me
by a $cieno who used my credit card WITHOUT my knowledge and consent.

BARCLAYS BANK
International Money Order
Serial # 110 0051 310 559
Date: June 13, 2001
Amount: two thousand dollars

Though the return address was East Grinstead, England, the post mark on
the envelope was
St. Pete, FL, USA.

If anybody wants to see proof of this refund,
just e-mail me your fax # at:
pad...@taxexemptchildabuse.net , and I'll fax
a copy of the check to someone domestically in the USA with a scanner
who can then post it to alt.binaries.scientology for public viewing.

$cientology is NOT a religion....it's a global
alt.mentalhealth fraud and business scam
cloaked in the fuzzy label and mystique of a "church."

Well crips Tom if your card was used without you knowing it and you reported
it back then there is no way they would not have simply canceled the
transaction or and had your card credited back. There is more to this than
you are saying.

Why do you think there has to be more to this than what he is saying? Nelson,
this is VERY similar to how they have treated me in many ways on many issues.

What I am saying is it makes no sence. He just calls up his card company and
says I did not authorise it and they adjust the payment and take it off his
account.
He does not need to go to IAS about it. So there must be data missing.

Usually that's what one does. One disputes these things.

But suppose that Tom didn't do that for whatever reason? Didn't get a chance
to, or was asked not to, or god knows what. So if he didn't ever contact his
credit card company regarding this then he'd have ended up going through the
IAS refund process.

The usual ploy was to not let you know in some way shape or form. Missing mail,
delayed mail, sent to wrong address, "computer gliche," unable to reach on the
phone, this list goes on and on, all of which and MUCH more have been used
against me OVER and OVER.

Right, if a Scientologist® in good standing accuses IAS of forging a
credit card payment, what would happen to him? Have you ever
thought of reversing a payment you made to Scientology®? What did
you do?

bravo, Tom!

But my advice is that anyone asking such refund should ask the rates plus
some damages for fraudulous promises.

If you had asked their own rates of interest, you could be a milliardaire
now.

That's correct my friend, there IS a lot more to this than what I've
said here. Are you interested in the details?.........and without

Btw, some thanks are owed to Stacy Brooks of the LMT for publishing the
"Barnes Letters" as
a model of logical persistence in demanding refunds, and to Tory for
some personal tips
on refund requests. Thanks ladies! :)

Congrats on receiving a refund. It appears as a strange
occurence when this happens because it is like they are
admitting their "guilt" when they do this. It is against
all of their own orders (I believe). They have to know that
they are in alot of heat, being a multi-million dollar business
that is ripping off individuals and enslaving people under the
"self help-religious"guise.

I hope this is only a small sign of many more good things
to happen.

I believe you meant "fraudulent," as in your friends in MILS, and not
"fraudulous" which defies definition beyond perhaps the contents of your
head. Time to learn English, Roger- that is if you want to be a good little
propagandist. After all, there's hardly a point to spreading lies that
can't be understood.
