Speaking of dox�plenty of those on the litigation involving Larry Sarner and Linda Rosa. Are you saying that's fake too? Some conspiracy, who hacked into PACER and put all of that stuff in there if it is not true?

It is you and your trolls lying about me again [yawn]. I never made
any claims about anyone lying about graduating from those
institutions. You are assuming I wrote material I did not write but
that is typical of your propensity to jump to unwarranted conclusions,
the same flaw in your thinking process that likely got you supporting
and defending dangerous, quack therapies. I do not write the material
on the ACT website as you falsely assume. The real issue is that you
are being exposed for promoting dangerous, bogus therapies. The rest
is you throwing out red herrings to distract from the real issue.

The real issue and why my name got dragged into this in the first
place, seeing as my name is nowhere on the ACT website, is that I
published scholarly critiques of certain interventions for children
that I and a number of my colleagues consider to be dangerous. My
detractors throw out all kinds of red herrings but the essence of my
message is: Where is the evidence that the interventions being
promoted by these people are safe and effective? Where are the
randomized controlled trials? There are none. The "evidence" is
arguments from authority and anecdotes -- not all that different from
Scientology's claims except that Scientology has managed to get itself
recognized as a religion and doesn't claim to be a mental health
authority.
Instead, people can observe the classic use of the red herring tactic.
My detractors try to keep me busy asking me to respond to the claims
and writings of others, evading the real issue which is that
interventions with no evidence of their safety and efficacy are being
promoted. And no, being featured on Dateline, Oprah, etc. does not
count as evidence for safety and efficacy, although watching portions
the video do give people an idea of why some people are expressing
concern over this.
The real evidence is these individuals' own words and actions, which
is why they are fighting so furiously to get the fair use of material,
properly cited, deleted from the internet where it is easier to
intimidate people than it is in scholarly works making use of fair
use.
So this anonymous coward can rant on and on all he wants with his red
herrings. It doesn't change what the people themselves that we
criticize have said and done, not one iota. A certain person has been
threatening various people with lawsuits for the past five years over
the above matter, but none have materialized, but that said, I was
never the one who made that claim about Shaftesbury. Personally, I
care much more about the actual evidence or lack thereof for the
interventions being promoted and the potential and actual harm that
has been done to children in the name of "therapy" and that has been
the focus of my criticism.

I predict that the above link will soon be dead but it doesn't matter
because I and others have the documentation to prove that he did in
the past claim this MBA from Shaftsbury, which is probably why in
spite of repeated threats to sue over this, he has not sued. He would
lose.
