Here's the answers:

- Do you have any experiences personally with Mr. Miscavige (have you
met him)?

I worked with Miscavige for about ten years, at times meeting with him
daily.

- How would you describe his personality?

Arrogant, bullying, abusive, controlling. He micromanages Scientology,
and tolerates no disagreement with what he is doing. If anyone
challenges him, they find themselves being "Security checked" to find
their crimes - or sent to the RPF (Rehabilitation Project Force) or
thrown out of the Sea Org. He has methodically gotten rid of anyone who
could challenge his authority, and surrounds himself with syncophants
and yes-men. He is followed around by an assistant and a secretary, who
record every word he says. These tapes are then transcribed and issued
as voluminous transcripts, which staff are then expected to read and
comply to - to the letter. Staff keep volumes and volumes of these
transcripts, which are usually rambling and often contradictory.

- Is there, in your experience, any truth to the rumors of Mr.
Miscavige being violent and temperamental?

He physically attacked me on five separate occasions, once knocking me
to the floor. Once he slapped the side of my head, hard and repeatedly.
Once he sucker-punched me in the gut without warning. I have seen him
attack and abuse other staff and executives on many occasions. When he
is not being physically abusive, he is being verbally abusive, with a
constant stream of threats, personal abuse and profanity.

- Would you describe him as an effective leader (spiritually and/or
management-wise)?

No - Scientology has been shrinking since he took over. Scientology
peaked in 1991 and has been on a decline ever since. Most Scientology
organizations are largely empty. I invite you to inspect one yourself
and see. Scientology has claimed 20 million members. This is a complete
lie. I know the actual figures. There are no more than 50,000
Scientologists worldwide. The average number of people ion services in
Scientology organizations worldwide per week is about 16 - 18,000.
International attendance at the televised events - worldwide - is about
30,000. These are actual figures.

Miscavige micromanages everything and trusts no one. He systematically
gets rid of anyone who shows any initiative as he sees it as a threat
to his power. He rules by threat and fear.

He is charismatic and a dynamic speaker - though very intense to the
point of fanaticism.

So from a Machiavellian point of view, should ARSCC policy be to
encourage a revolt against Miscavige or to leave him in power? Would any
theoretical successor(s) be able to stop the rot or would his fall cause
the cult to collapse?

And 55,000 of them live in the USA? Right. Credible stuff this.

You gotta wonder, does Tom Cruise know this?

What would he think if he read it?

Maybe he can. :-)

If the church is shrinking, how can David Miscavige justify himself at

All of his so-called production would be, in fact, an overt product. A
lot of motion and action with no valuable final product at the end.
