I believe there was another one (or two) in California that were "forfited"
back in the early 90s. His prison phone company was likewise. Looks like
he might have folded his tent there back then and shifted to Florida.
One really nice thing about Florida for someone in his line of business is
that assets like your house can't be seized easily by creditors or for court
judgements.
