Enter Shawn Lonsdale. This guy jumps into the heart of the beast and
drives the scienos absolutely crazy!! He's smart, he doesn't block
anyone on the sidewalk, doesn't make harassing statements to anyone
walking by; he justs stands out there with his sign, cameras and little
green friend. Oh how maddening this must have been for the cult. They
would call the police and call the police and all this did was piss off
the police as there is nothing they can do because LONSDALE WASN'T
DOING ANYTHING ILLEGAL!!!
Enter Patricia Greenway. Greenway decides she's going to jump right
in to this scene to "help" Shawn and with as little as $100, she
totally fucks it up. Not only did she give Lonsdale $100 to "help"
him but she drove from Tampa to Clearwater to do it. Couldn't she just
have mailed him a check? Not to mention, has anyone ever heard of
Greenway ever giving a critic money before? Why did she all of a
sudden become so generous?
I'm also sure it was just coincidence that right after Greenway so
graciously gave him this money, he was then put under the injunction as
he would then be an agent acting in concert with Greenway. Yea, this
isn't Patricia's fault. It was just a coincidence.
I wonder when the photos of Greenway meeting with Lonsdale are going
to be released. You just know they have them.
I know what a lot of you are thinking; "Yea, but Greenway got Shawn
legal help through Luke Lirot. Without this, he would have been at the
mercy of the cult's legal goons." Oh yes, this is a real big help
isn't it. Having Luke Lirot as an attorney really helped the Lisa
McPherson case didn't it? Lirot really helped Shawn with the criminal
case against the scieno who attacked him didn't he? Ken Dandar had the
cult completely screwed until Lirot introduced his "professional
courtesy" bullshit and practically begged Dandar to settle.
Where did Luke Lirot come from? I'll tell you. Patricia Greenway
"found" him. I hear that Lirot has been Greenway's attorney for
years. Has he helped get the injunction dismissed? Nope. Has Lirot
gotten the movie freed up? Nope. WHAT THE FUCK HAS LUKE LIROT DONE
EXCEPT LOOK GOOD IN THE NEWSPAPERS?
Remember, everything Shawn tells "his" attorney is strictly
attorney/client privileged. There's NO chance whatsoever this
information won't find it's way back to the cult right?
And speaking of coincidences, does anyone know why Lirot moved from
Tampa to Clearwater to set up his office a couple of blocks from the
cult's lawyer?
Tell me this - when Shawn was assaulted by the scieno who walked
across the street, walked up to him and assaulted him on video with eye
witnesses, it was so clear that the Clearwater Police had no hesitation
arresting the scieno. Then somehow Luke Lirot generously swoops in to
represent Shawn free of charge and somehow fucks it up so badly that
the charges get completely dropped against the cult member.
This is just bullshit. If you can't see how all of this is being
orchestrated to where the cult has total control over BOTH SIDES of the
scene then you're a sucker. You deserve to have Greenway as your
friend and Lirot as your attorney.

Ive seen a few of your posts and some of the responses they have
invoked by long time critics, but I must admit that something seems a
little amiss in the whole story relating to Shawn Lonsdale and how
quickly Fitzgerald was arrested only to have the charges dismissed.
Reading that Shawn had continued to post and 'brag' about his
'handlers' and the interaction with them as such thqat was put forth by
the CoS lawyers has been a contributing factor to the view that Shawn
had been antagonising Scientologists.
This one issue of late is sticking with me, as coincidences arent
always what they are presented as. I havent commented on this thread to
fan the flames on the Greenway 'issue', I just find it disconcerting
when reflecting upon Shawn's filming in Clearwater that was developing
into a truly righteous picket and when ahe was assaulted it was
virtually a given that the sound of the footbullet would have still
been resonating.
Sorry if I have stepped on toes by commenting on this post, but far too
many people are continually being destroyed emotionally, physically
*and* spiritually by this disgusting thing called the church of
scientology. It perplexes me how such an organisation can continue to
operate above so many Laws internationally when the considerations
towards CoS past and present are entered into.

Many people know about Luke Lirot.
He is also Joe Redner's lawyer, and appears with Redner on his public
access TV show about freedom of speech issues (Redner is an outspoken
public figure who strongly believes in a lot of freedoms; many of which
are associated with his well-known adult businesses. He's also run for
public office more than once).
Pretty much anyone with such an issue in this region is likely to come
across Luke Lirot. You can't live here for long and not learn who he
is.
So how come you think Patricia Greenway arranged for Shawn Lonsdale to
be represented by Luke Lirot?

lawsuits than he has the clubs. You know this could be a case where
the DA felt he couldn't win so he dropped it. While the case was a big
deal here to us, they see 100 of these every week.
It could also be that the DA thought Shawn over reacted when he was
slapped. I don't think this ever would have gone to trial anyway. If
the DA had pushed the issue it would have been plead out with a fine.

She helped out of a genuine sense of kindness. What did you do to help
Shawn? You can forward checks to my trust account.

I never begged anyone to settle anything, and I devoted mountains of
time when the money was gone. I saw a case that needed my help (truly)
and I helped turn it around. Ken and I worked hard and did well
together, and nobody was on "their knees," and you can look at the
case progress docket to figure that out. Additionally, I filed motions
to have the injunction dismissed (still a work in progress and still
pending), and that is a non-issue now anyway. And I am also still
working on getting the order preventing the movie from being shown set
aside. Do you know how to do that? Do not dare to criticize me unless
you know the whole story, or you can do a better job.

I have done more than you will ever know ! And I can't say anything
else on that! I met Patricia weeks before the first of about 37
motions to have Dander disqualified, all of which I prevailed on, and
I always look good, papers or otherwise. That is because I care and I
work my ass off, 7 days a week, that helps me look good, in every case,
no matter what.

I do everything I can to help Shawn and will continue to do so. Unless
my lines are tapped, no one breaches my "cone of silence" on
privileged matters, no way, no how, regardless of the wizard or the

I have lived in Clearwater all my life, and I don't have hundreds of
exotic dancer cases in Tampa anymore. And I just couldn't bring myself
to listen to LRH tapes during that heartwarming commute, so, I got a
nicer office, not in the armpit of downtown Tampa. A no brainer,
actually.

I personally wrote to the prosecutors involved to provide any help on
pursuing a legitimate prosecution, but their decision has nothing to
do with either the size or metallic content of my cojones. I even
remarked to the press that the declination to prosecute was an example
of the Pinellas State Attorney's office's historic reluctance to
tangle with Scientology. Don't blame me for their decision. I am still
actively looking into the case, and I just got a response to my public
records request from the Clearwater Police Department, so stay tuned.
If there is a case (based solely on my decision), i will pursue it, if
asked to do so.

Hey, i may disagree with what you have to say, but I would fight to
the death for your right to say it. No cult has any control over me,
and I am a valuable ally against huge opponents. Just ask the vice
cops that I used to tangle with in court who they hired when the
trouble came their way. I do not know who you are, but get your facts
straight before you start spouting off about any of these
controversial and gossip generating issues. By the way, Patricia
Greenway is a good friend to all that treat her right, robustly
straightforward and aggressive. I wish i had her energy. And, as far
as any "holy war" is concerned, i have no love or hate for any of this
madness, one way or another. I look at it from a Darwinistic
perspective, because if you are misguided or weak enough to get
involved in any large organization to do your thinking for you, you
will perish and the world will be free of more inferior DNA. I am
simply a refinery for Darwinistic progression. On that note, please do
your homework before you look any more distant from the winning end of
the natural selection process. And since you know where my office is,
come by and say "hi," and i will answer any questions that i can,
without running afoul of my ethical obligations. I love to bring light
