I can set to rest all the talk about exploding gas stations. Here's the
brief description of the accident.

OFFICE OF THE MEDICAL EXAMINER DISTRICT SIX
REPORT OF AUTPOPSY

NAME - WEIGAND, Douglas CASE N0. - 1950205
CASE HISTORY

This 42 year old white male was apparently the driver and sole occupant of
an opened 1979 Jeep. He was traveling south bound into the entrance of the
Clearwater Mall (20505 US 19) when he struck a curb, with the Jeep rolling
over on its side rolling onto the grass and rolling onto the roadway again
coming to rest on top of Douglas. (Head and chest were under the Jeep).
The accident occurred at 0219 hours and he was pronounced at 0220 hours.
As far as the police could see he was not wearing a seatbelt and no
charges are pending.
