I have been able to get quite a bit off of the internet.

I really dont understand what I am not allowed to see.

Yesterday I came across a site with OTIII written in Hubbards own
handwriting about 20 pages.

Under CoS policy, everything gets copyrighted.
Even a little HCOPL 4 lines long.
A few things have slipped into public domain, and
Scientology has played some games with a lot of it.
But basically, everything is copyright.

Some stuff is secret besides. OT I - OT VIII
materials. NOTs. These are the things they get upset over
people having access to.

And there were secret issues of stuff not for public consumption,
secret and confidential GO orders and confidential rants Hubbard
delivered only to CoS higher ups.

You can find GO orders on some critics websites.
And horrors like the Operation Freakout documents.
Many of these became public when they were entered as evidence
in court cases such as the Snow White 11.

The legal term is "copyrighted." Meaning "right to copy." It doesn't
matter about whether it's handwritten, typed, printed or recorded on
tape, so long as it is in tangible form. In other words, on a hunk of
MEST or on a computer disk drive as magnetic bits of information.

However, ideas, processes and procedures have no legal protection
unless they are locked away and guarded as trade secrets. And once the
escape into the universe, even illegally, they're no longer protected.

That's why Xenu is laughing so hard. He got out of his electronic cage
at last.

The Church is still denying reality and paying its lawyers to get even
small quotes from OT levels off the Internet. They *must* do this because
the secrets *must* be secret. If they were not, we are all doomed and Xenu
has won. They cannot possibly admit this.

Here's one snip of OT VII that says something about $cientology:

OT7-48
1. Find some plants, trees, etc., and communicate to them
individually until you know they received your communication.
2, Go to a zoo or a place with many types of life and communicate
with each of them until you know the communication is received
and, if possible, returned.

You're allowed to see it all. Unless you're a clam. In that case
become a wog and then you'll be allowed to see it all.

You can't lawfully republish the cult's copyrighted writings
wholesale, but copyright law's fair use provisions allow you to
republish enough of the cult's copyrighted materials to overcome the
cult's most mewling claims that you're quoting the materials out of
context.

Yes, enjoy these. Be careful not to freewheel, however. And if you do
find yourself freewheeling, just remind yourself that Xenu was not
nearly as bad as Scientology says, and that Scientology is worse than
you think.

Scientology works hard via their (double) agents to try
to ensure that nobody writes anything that veers from the standard,
"Scientology is a mindcontrol cult that wants all your money."

Revealing the facts, experiences and knowledge that Scientology refuses
to "grant" you "copyright" status to share, is what it takes to wake up
the public to the truth about this "civilization without war"
organization that poses as a church.

(civilization without war = one world government)

I respect those who go beyond what Scientology
permits regarding the exposure of their organization.

There is a joke behind this. After it hit ARS in 1995, the CoS lawyer
Helena Kobrin threatened to sue anybody who posted this infamous
six lines. To much jollity and razzing.

And a certain amount of nervousness, that crazy bitch just might do
it. At that time involved in several nasty lawsuits, several federal judges
told Scientology and their lawyers pointedly fair game applies to
Scientology also.

So finally we could quote the infamous 6 lines we must not post freely.

OT7-48
1. Find some plants, trees, etc., and communicate to them
individually until you know they received your communication.
2, Go to a zoo or a place with many types of life and communicate
with each of them until you know the communication is received
and, if possible, returned.

Everything. They've even claimed they had copyrights on stuff
I've written.

For those who did not know or have forgotten the one that brought about
the l00 year copyright law--the late Congressman Sonny Bono brought
this to the floor in
1992.
http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:x22mwMKfoTQJ:www.copyright.gov/legislation/s505.pdf+Copyright%2Bsonny+bono%2B100+years&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

—Any copyright still in its renewal term at the time
that the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act becomes effec-
tive shall have a copyright term of 95 years from the date copyright
was originally secured.’’;

OF course the cult was elated as old Hubbards Dianetics was reaching
fifty years having been published 1951.

This shows Cong. Mary Bono's view of the l00 year debacle

Clearly, the act will benefit only distant heirs, or, more
likely, the large publishers who own most of these copyrights. It
would
hardly encourage new authors--can you think of anyone who would refuse
to
publish a book because the term was only 70 years after her death,
instead
of 90?

By the way, the act was named after the late Representative Sonny Bono
by
request of his wife, who was appointed in his stead. Rep. Mary Bono
stated that he and she wished copyright to last forever, but that would
be
in violation of the Constitution, she was told, so she would settle for

forever minus one day. Although Sonny Bono is not particularly known
for
a great amount of intellectual property, evidently his widow wishes to
be
enriched even in the distant future by royalties from any of his songs
or
works.

Nobody spoke up for the public and the consumer. No one reminded the
legislators that the American people have a Constitutional right to all

works protected by copyright. Copyright is and ought always to be a
sacred contract between an author and the public
