"Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants
to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own
religion" (SOURCE: L. Ron Hubbard, Reader's Digest reprint, May 1980,
page 1)
And that's exactly what Ron Hubbard did when he created the Church
of Scientology.
Scientology is a false religion, founded in 1953, which leads
people into Hell. According to a quote from www.scientology.org
>Frequently Asked Questions >What is Scientology About? ...
...Scientology further holds man to be basically good, and
that his spiritual salvation depends upon himself and his fellows and
his attainment of brotherhood with the universe.
In sharp contrast, the Word of God states that mankind is
inherently sinful (Romans 3:23; 5:12), and cannot save himself
(Ephesians 2:8-9). We read in Romans 3:12, "They are all gone out of
the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that
doeth good, no, not one." Man is not sinful because he sins; man sins
because he is sinful by nature. When Adam sinned, he opened the gate
for sin and death to enter the human race. Mankind is basically evil
and is totally incapable of saving himself through any self-righteous
efforts (Titus 3:5).
Scientology And The Occult
Carefully notice the two Illuminati pyramids in the Scientology
logo to the right, with a big "S" passing through them. To gain a
perspective on the significance of this, please read my article
Religions: The Occult Connection. Anytime you see those Illuminati
pyramids, you know the Devil is involved. Scientology is simply
repackaged New Age heresy. The goal of New Age doctrine is to
homogenize the world's religions into a universal, undefined,
ambiguous, false religion. The basic idea behind New Age is that
there are many paths to the "light"; but that light is Lucifer. Truth
is truly stranger than fiction my friend. The following quote is from
www.scientology.org >What is Scientology? >Introduction to
Scientology ...
Scientology is the study and handling of the spirit in
relationship to itself, others and all of life. The religion comprises
a body of knowledge extending from certain fundamental truths. Prime
among these:
Man is an immortal, spiritual being. His experience extends
well beyond a single lifetime. His capabilities are unlimited, even if
not presently realized — and those capabilities can be realized. He is
able to not only solve his own problems, accomplish his goals and gain
lasting happiness, but also achieve new, higher states of awareness
and ability.
In Scientology no one is asked to accept anything as belief or
on faith. That which is true for you is what you have observed to be
true. An individual discovers for himself that Scientology works by
personally applying its principles and observing or experiencing
results.
Through Scientology, people all over the world are achieving
the long-sought goal of true spiritual release and freedom.
That is exactly what the New Agers such as Oprah Winfrey teach.
Says Oprah, "One of the most important books I've read is Eric
Butterworth's (a New Age Unity leader), Discover the Power Within
You." In the book Butterworth blasphemes God by stating ... "Jesus
did not come to teach us how divine He was but to teach that divinity
was within us." Later Oprah said that "It (claiming exclusive
Divinity) would make Jesus the biggest egotist that ever lived." New
Agers such as Oprah believe that mankind can be elevated to divine
status through self-improvement, enlightenment, and spiritualism.
Oprah's close friend and show guest, Shirley MacLaine, described on a
show how to meditate, by going inside yourself, asking your own
"intuitive Self" to seek answers to life's questions. Oprah responds,
"You know, that is the same as the Bible says, 'Ask and it shall be
given, seek and ye shall find'." Shirley confirms. Do you see how
subtle Satan's false prophets are ... even twisting the Word of God
around in an attempt to deceive people? New Age is damnable heresy
folks, and it's the exact same garbage that Scientology teaches. In
the Scientology quote above, we read ... "Man is an immortal,
spiritual being ... He is able to not only solve his own problems,
accomplish his goals and gain lasting happiness, but also achieve new,
higher states of awareness and ability." There's not a dime's
difference between the ultimate goal of New Age and Scientology--man
can become his own god!
Satan is the god of this world (2nd Corinthians 4:4), and he
controls the false religions of this world. The Illuminati pyramid is
the symbol of an organization's allegiance to Satan. The agenda
behind all of this is to brainwash the masses into accepting and
following the Antichrist when he comes. The world's masses are being
conditioned for Satan. 2nd Thessalonians 2:10 tells us why so many
people will be deceived ... "because they received not the love of the
truth, that they might be saved."
Scientology: A Thriving Greedy Cult
The following quote is from Time Magazine; May 6, 1991; Page 50;
Special Report (cover story); by Richard Behar; The Thriving Cult of
Greed and Power ...
The Church of Scientology, started by science-fiction writer
L. Ron Hubbard to "clear" people of unhappiness, portrays itself as a
religion. In reality the church is a hugely profitable global racket
that survives by intimidating members and critics in a Mafia-like
manner. At times during the past decade, prosecutions against
Scientology seemed to be curbing its menace. Eleven top
Scientologists, including Hubbard's wife, were sent to prison in the
early 1980s for infiltrating, burglarizing and wiretapping more than
100 private and government agencies in attempts to block their
investigations. In recent years hundreds of longtime Scientology
adherents -- many charging that they were mentally of physically
abused -- have quit the church and criticized it at their own risk.
Some have sued the church and won; others have settled for amounts in
excess of $500,000. In various cases judges have labeled the church
"schizophrenic and paranoid" and "corrupt, sinister and dangerous." -

Scientology boasts of some famous members in Hollyweird ...
In Hollywood, Scientology has assembled a star-studded roster
of followers by aggressively recruiting and regally pampering them at
the church's "Celebrity Centers," a chain of clubhouses that offer
expensive counseling and career guidance. Adherents include screen
idols Tom Cruise and John Travolta, actresses Kirstie Alley, Mimi
Rogers, and Anne Archer, Palm Springs mayor and performer Sonny Bono,
jazzman Chick Corea and even Nancy Cartwright, the voice of cartoon
star Bart Simpson. Rank-and-file members, however, are dealt a less
glamorous Scientology.
The musician and congressman, Sonny Bono, was also a longtime
Scientologist. Elvis Presley's widow and daughter, Priscilla and Lisa
Marie, are also Scientologists. The cult appeals to the rich and
famous because God is undefined, and man can become his own god if he
so chooses. In sharp contrast, the Word of God defines God by
name ... Jesus Christ! (Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1,14; 10:33; Colossians
2:9; 1st Timothy 3:16; Revelation 1:8). Jesus is God Almighty!
L. Ron Hubbard's Bizarre Claims and Teachings
Any reasonable person has to wonder what Scientology's founder, L.
Ron Hubbard, was smoking ...
Hubbard is documented to have written about past life memories
that include all stages of human evolution since the clam (see
Scientology History of Man), lives on past planets as other life
forms, and real and implanted memories from the alien spirits that
Xenu trapped on Earth 75 million years ago. (SOURCE: WIKIPEDIA,
Scientology Beliefs and Practices > past lives)
Past lives, evolution, implanted memories from aliens? Whoa!
Hubbard even claimed that he had experienced life on other planets in
different life forms! The amazing thing is that millions of victims
have been foolish enough to even follow Hubbard ... and make him
filthy rich!
The following information is from http://www.sweenytod.com/cos/#IntroScn
...
Scientology is a religion invented by L. Ron Hubbard, a
science fiction writer who died in 1986. It is a mixture of the
'science of mental health' and religious philosophy. They believe that
through their technologies and practices they can, through their own
effort, achieve immortality and spiritual fulfillment.
The official numbers put the church as "ministering to some 8
million people in more than 100 countries", although how many of those
8 million are active Scientologists is not mentioned.
The upper teachings of Scientology are similar to those of a
UFO based religion. They teach that Earth is a prison planet, home to
the souls of millions of murdered intergalactic beings. They teach
that an evil galactic overload named Xenu had them all killed in order
to solve a massive overcrowding problem. This is known as Incident 2.
This is not a joke. These are the actual teachings of Scientology. Ex-
members have confirmed it. For a complete analysis of Incident 2,
please see http://www.xs4all.nl/~kspaink/fishman/ot3.html.
The following information is from http://www.sweenytod.com/cos/#CompatReligion
...
Scientology claims to be compatible with all religions. This
section looks at that claim, with a special focus on how it relates to
orthodox Christianity.
Hear L. Ron Hubbard, the creator of Scientology, speak for
himself. In these sound files, you will find Mr. Hubbard:
* Claim that man invented God.
* Claim that there was no Christ.
* The Christian faith is part of an implant, a false
memory planted by an evil space alien.
* Say that because Scientology and Christianity disagree,
the Christian religion cannot be true.
* Claim to have been nearly run down by a train on Venus
(yes, the planet Venus - I kid you not).
* A number of other things, that you'll just have to
listen to yourself!
Clearly, Ron Hubbard was NO Christian! Hubbard was a wolf in
Sheep's clothing, and the cult of Scientology is straight out of the
pits of Hell. Unbelievably, Scientologists today claim that
Christianity and Scientology are compatible. The honest truth is that
Christianity is diametrically opposed to the damnable false religion
of Scientology. The following writings of the lunatic, L. Ron
Hubbard--the ideals and policies that he developed for the Church of
Scientology to blindly follow, clearly prove that the Church of
Scientology is NOT in any way compatible with Christianity:
* "There are gods above all other gods, and gods beyond the
gods of the universes." (Scientology, 8-8008, pp. 72-3)
* "The whole Christian movement is based on the victim ... A
Scientologist is not a victim ... We can win by converting victims.
Christianity succeeded in making people into victims. We can succeed
by making victims into people" (HCO Bulletin, 18 July 1959).
* "Neither Lord Buddha, nor Jesus Christ were OT's according
to the evidence. They were just a shade above clear" (Ability, No.
81, 1959).
* Scientology claims that it alone "brings man to total
freedom and truth" (A Description of the Scientology Religion, p.
57). The Word of God teaches that Jesus Christ shed His blood upon
the cross to set us free (Galatians 5:1; 1st Peter 1:18-19).
* "It is despicable and utterly beneath contempt to tell a man
he must repent, that he is evil" (Professional Auditor Bulletin [PAB]
#31, 23 July 1954). In sharp contrast, Romans 3:23 declares ... "For
all have sinned."
* "Nobody but the individual can die for his sins" (HCO
Bulletin, 2 January 1960). Hubbard is a liar! Unsaved men who die in
their sins without Christ will die the second death, paying for their
sins forever in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:11-15, 21:8). 1st
Corinthians 15:3 proclaims ... "For I delivered unto you first of all
that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins
according to the scriptures."
* "It is a basic tenet of Scientology that man is basically
good ... Sin is composed ... of lies and hidden actions and is
therefore untruth" (What is Scientology? p. 546). Romans 3:10 states
the exact opposite.
* "Hell is a total myth, an invention just to make people
unhappy and is a vicious lie" (PAB #130, 15 Feb. 1958). Is L. Ron
Hubbard being punished in Hell at this moment for his rejection of
Christ.
* "Religion ... being basically a control mechanism used by
those who have sent the preclear into a body. You will find the cross
as a symbol all over the universe, and the Christ legend as an implant
in preclears millions of years ago" (PAB #31, 23 July 1954).
* In Scientology's Class 8 course, lecture 10, (3 October
1968) Hubbard taught, "Somebody somewhere on this planet, back about
600 B.C. found some pieces of R6, and I don't know how they found it,
either by watching madman or something. But since that time they have
used it and it became what is known as Christianity. The man on the
cross. There was no Christ" (Corydon and Hubbard, L. Ron Hubbard,
Messiah or Madman? p. 362). [Note 1]
* "Also the Christian church used (and uses) implanting ...
They took over the Nicene Creed before the year zero, invented Christ
(who comes from the crucifixion in R6 75M years ago, and implanted
their way to power" (HCO Bulletin, 23 September 1968, Class VIII).
[Note 1]
* Hubbard claimed that through "scientific research," not
opinion, he went to Heaven. He wrote, "For a long while some people
have been cross with me for my lack of cooperation in believing in a
Christian Heaven, God, and Christ. I have never said that I didn't
disbelieve in a Big Thetan, but there was something very corny about
Heaven, et. al ... There was a heaven ... Yes, I've been to Heaven.
And so have you. You have the pattern of its implants ... The Symbol
of the crucified Christ is very apt indeed. It's the symbol of a
thetan betrayed ... The place is so full of lies by implant that the
preclear becomes quite confused.... somebody discovered ...and
utilized them to install religious mania and pin Thetans down to 'one
life' and planets" ("Routine 3", HCO Bulletin, 11 May, A.D. 13 [pub.
1963] pp. 1-3).
* "But I imagine when we finally manage to communicate with
beetles under rocks and free them, we'll no doubt find the Creator of
Heaven who 43+ trillion years ago designed the Pearly Gates and
entrapped us all. Good Lord, I'd hate to be guilty of that
overt" (Ibid., p.4)
* August Murphy, president of the Church of Scientology of San
Francisco wrote, "Another basic concept Scientology shares with
universal religious thought is reincarnation. Like Buddhism, Hinduism,
and early Christianity, Scientology believes that the individual as an
immortal being has assumed many bodies in his evolution in the
physical universe toward an ultimate realization and freedom from
material bondage" (The News-Herald, 27 July 1992 p. 5). Reincarnation
is a lie of the Devil.
* Hubbard claims that reincarnation was a belief held by the
early Christian church and was removed by "four monks" at the "synod
of Constantinople" in 553 A.D. (Have You Ever Lived Before This Life?
p. 2).
* L. Ron Hubbard created an entire universal cosmology that
includes an evil Galactic Ruler named Xenu. He places humans on other
planets in the Solar System, including Mars and Venus. He populates
billions of planets in the universe with people. Do they all have
Jesus for their redemption? The Bible doesn't mention any of them. (OT
III, see http://www.xenu.net/)
* L. Ron Hubbard claims that Scientology can give people
supernatural powers including the power to heal the sick, both body
and mind. Hubbard also created a ritual he called "touch assist" which
is a Demonic version of the laying on of hands which does not call
upon God's power (e.g. See The Road to Xenu, by Margery Wakefield).
So what do you think about the Church of Scientology's claim that
their religion is some how compatible with Christianity?
[Note 1] The Church of Scientology claims that the documents
which comprise "Operating Thetan Level 8" are forgeries. It is
therefore surprising to note that when the Church of Scientology
raided the home of Arnie Lerma for alleged copyright violations, the
Church of Scientology identified copies of the OT8 documents as
copyrighted materials belonging to their Church. Was that an error or
does the Church of Scientology disavow L. Ron Hubbard's ideals and
policies out of both embarrassment and the fact that his goal is to
covertly lead as many people away from Jesus and redemption as
possible?
The Satanic and Occult Influence in Scientology
Carefully notice the Illuminati pyramid in Aleister Crowley's hat
to the right. The following information is from http://www.sweenytod.com/cos/#Occult
...
Aleister Crowley was a Satanist, and described himself as "The
Beast." You can read more about Crowley here. Crowley said this about
Satan, the Devil:
"I was not content to believe in a personal devil and
serve him, in the ordinary sense of the word. I wanted to get hold of
him personally and become his chief of staff." -Aleister Crowley, The
Confessions of Aleister Crowley, chapter 5 (1929; revised 1970).
To the best of my knowledge, Mr. Hubbard was not a disciple of
Crowley, but he was a fan. Crowley on the other hand is reported to
have been in despair over Hubbard and his followers, calling them
idiots. L. Ron Hubbard made reference to him in several of his
lectures, and even called Crowley "my good friend" at least once. You
can listen to Hubbard say exactly that in this sound file.
The cross used by Crowley and Hubbard
Another interesting thing to look at is the Scientology cross.
This is their symbol. You can see the huge similarity between
Crowley's cross and the one Mr. Hubbard adopted for his new religion.
This clearly shows that the founder of Scientology was so
impressed by A. Crowley's work, that he adopted his symbol. An
interesting source of information exploring the idea of Hubbard and a
connection with the occult is found at this web page.
The fact that L. Ron Hubbard was fascinated by/interested in
the occult needs to be kept in mind when evaluating what they teach.
The techniques and processes used by Scientologists all over the world
come from L. Ron Hubbard, a man influenced by the occult and Aleister
Crowley, a Satanist.
For a much more exhaustive study on the subject, please refer
to this report written by Jon Atack. These are a long read, but worth
the effort if you're interested in the subject.

A fuller examination of religion and Scientology can be found
here. I strongly recommend everybody who is serious about studying
Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard and his relationship with other world
religions to read this rather long page. It is heavy going, but worth
the effort. I don't know of a better examination of the subject.

Scientology: Churchianity Without Christianity!
The following quote is from www.scientology.org >What is
Scientology? >Catechism (FAQ) ...
Scientology affirms the existence of a Supreme Being, although
its dogma is unique and does not include the worship of one.
Scientology believes that only through total spiritual enlightenment
can one then truly discover and understand the Supreme Being.
In sharp contrast, the Word of God proclaims in John 3:3... "Jesus
answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a
man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." You can obtain
all the "spiritual enlightenment" you want; but you'll go straight to
Hell when you die if you've not been BORN-AGAIN in Christ Jesus.
Scientology offers religion without truth; Churchianity without
Christianity. The teachings of L. Ron Hubbard are demonic, and he is
tragically burning in Hell this moment because he died in his sins
without Jesus Christ as Savior. Ron Hubbard taught that the Christian
faith is part of a brain implant, a false memory planted by an evil
space alien. Oh how the Devil kills, steals, and destroys! L. Ron
Hubbard was a willing servant of evil. Scientology is an infectious
spiritual disease that will rot your soul and send you to Hell. Ron
Hubbard is Scientology, just as Charles Taze Russell is the Jehovah's
Witnesses, and Joseph Smith is the Mormons (which are all connected
with the occult by the way). Nearly every false religion can be
traced back to a single heretic. Lutheranism began with Martin
Luther. Seventh-Day Adventism began with Ellen G. White. Christian
Science began with Mary Baker Eddy. Scientology is a dangerous
cult ... RUN AWAY!
Adults no longer believe in the Tooth Fairy - but they still torture and
kill each other over ancient myths and superstitions.
