This page falsely and libelously purports to be posted by students of the
Alpha Beta Gamma fraternity at the Carnegie Mellon University.
As no such fraternity exists at said university its contents in whole or
part are proven to be false and thus in violation of local and federal libel
laws.
Your continued use and posting of false information may lead to legal action
being taken against you, your internet provider, and the hosting company of
said website.
Furthermore, you are hereby instructed to pull your head out of your ass and
dig the shit out of your ears and eyes so that you might better see reality
and hear the truth more clearly.

This is just one of the pages on the www.religiousfreedomwatch.org on
kook Pattinson. He lost all his cases. Look he even sued the Prime
Minister of Russia!
My website has no other purpose than informing about the truth.
However, Pattinson has the purpose to defame me. Go ahead, sue me,
Pattinson, as I can prove what I publish, your and anybody else's case
will be dismissed, court cases are on you, and likely, I can turn the
cases around to that you have to pay me damages.

Following the dismissal of this criminal complaint, Pattinson and Berry
filed a civil suit in May of 1998, alleging, among other things, that
President Clinton, the U.S. Department of Treasury, the U.S. Secretary
of State, the U.S. Special Trade Representative, two IRS Commissioners
and the then Prime Minister of Russia, were part of some international
conspiracy to advance Scientology across the world.
This suit was either dismissed or voluntarily withdrawn for "amendment"
no less than six times. In fact, the filing and withdrawal of this
complaint was the subject of a sanctions order against Graham Berry for
frivolous and harassing litigation tactics.
When referring to Berry's complaint, Judges stated:
"But let me say this to you, [...] Mr. Berry, I really expect a
complaint that is - has a purpose to it that is not engaged in
something that goes out on the Internet which is a rambling tale of
irrelevancy. [...] And if we get a complaint back that is like this
complaint I really am going to listen to sanctions, and consider the
efforts these defendants have put into the matter up until now and in
other courts in assessing the sanction award." [U.S. District Judge
Snyder, September 28, 1998]
"With all due respect, Sir, I have to sadly state that if there is such
a thing on God's green earth as a vexatious litigant you, Sir, sadly,
are it." [Judge A. H. Williams, August 20, 1999]
Pattinson eventually re-filed his suit in State Court where it, too,
was dismissed, with costs awarded to the Church.

You are an idiot. Why don't you address the students who put it up? I
have no money to trace Dave Touretzky in New England. Others are
after him. Why do you think all approve on a horny prof. ordering porn
toys from the CMU? Do you think that because you have a moral like an

You apparently can't read, as these students called themselves Alpha
Beta Gamma but not fraternity. So, somebody shot you in the head during
war games, apparently.
These students announced that website in another newsgroup (one of
interest for the CMU) who don't you address the students if you
disagree with them? They provided an e-mail address.

Randall Gutierrez and Michael Pattinson and most other ARS posters are

Dave Touretzky could theoretically sue but he has to explain why he
hangs out on ARS and never denied in years A) having ordered porn toys
via the CMU B) having sent that mail to me as sexual harassment or
having a friend sent that letter to me as sexual harassment.
If he would sue me, under discovery, the porn shop will be legally
forced to reveal if Dave is their customer and if he ordered not just
once porn toys from the CMU. In other words, a law suit can result in
more troubles for Dave.
If he would sue me, under discovery, Dave might be forced by the court
to provide samples of his DNA and that will be compared to the DNA in
the porn letter that I got with the mail. Same goes for his
fingerprints.
If Dave's DNA and fingerprints are in/on the porn harassment letter
that I got, he is in a lot more troubles than me having a website.
In other words: Randall and Michael should leave the thinking up to me,
as they are not good at it. :)

In order to once again smudge the trail to make

I know where President Eisenhower is today. He was
also kidnapped to Germany. He is now my brother
Frank. He is born June 17, 1960. Any photo, any
film, any excutive order, any interview after that
date is a fake. I knew my grandfather President
Eisenhower very well. He used to carry me around
and played with me. He had the most charming smile
you can imagine. I loughed right back at him.
