I'll be talking about the removal of my YouTube channel on the Eric Von Wade
show at 2 pm California time -- less than two hours from now.

I'll be naming the one person who can save my channel.

Well done. Turn around everything they do and make them look stupid.

should be interesting. I've never heard of that radio show host before
but it should be interesting since you're the guest.

If you are like me, clicking "Listen Now!" fails. Solution is to open
Windows Media Player, File -> Open URL..., and enter
http://205.134.230.90:5555 as the URL.

I'm listening right now. VLC media player plays internet radio fine
and it works with the play now link. You can download it at
videolan.org. The player can run almost every format for video and
audio.

Go Mark!

Pat can communicate with anyone and has a huge increase in her IQ! ~EXCEPT~
when a critic of her cult wants to speak with her one-on-one about her
assertions regarding her cult. Secondly, she uses black PR to defend the
reason why she chooses to not communicate directly with Mark by telling the
audience that, all Mark does with his life is tear her cult down! You'd
never know Mark has a full time gig in, not to mention - the news!

Pat will definitely never tell how many thousands of folks Xenutv has
helped with regard to the cult, unless of course, she blows and then finds
her way out of the Truman Show.

Damn! I missed the second part! I thought it was over after he bid
you adieu and you challenged Colbert to publicly 'forgive' you!! LOL

I loved it Mark, as always. Great stuff, and you are such grace under
pressure. I particularly liked how you did not badmouth YouTube, and
even explained in very plain English what they'd done and why they'd
done it.

For those of you who didn't hear (and correct me if I skew this),
YouTube consideres all subsequent accounts created by a suspended user
to be subject to the suspension. So XenuTV1 is an offshoot of XenuTV
to them, and they shut them both down. One today, and one several
months ago.

The kooky part is that the supposed infraction from back in January
was Mark's posting of a copyrighted Viacom clip of the "Colbert
Report". They also had a copyright claim against the Cruise vid, but
that was not persued. So right now, Mark's CRIME was posting a
copyrighted Viacom clip. LOL

Interestingly, I do get what YouTube did, and they were well within
their 'legal rights' to do it, it's just FUNNY that it happened to day
of all days (Cough Cough) and that they are offering him reprieve,
provided he can secure Viacom's endoresement.

LOL

I love teh intranets so much it hurts!!

How does this one incident involving the "Colbert Report" clip
constitute the "repeated violations" YT has claimed in their
responses to various news organizations as the reason for yanking
Mark's account???

Can someone please tell me there is an audio archive, where I can
stream or download this, since I just missed it. Failing that, is
there a transcript I can read?

I was literally watching the XenuTV1 channel on YouTube the minute it
went from 'live' to 'suspended.' One second there's WBM, the next
second I click to see the 2nd part of his comments on the Beghe
interview, and *poof*.

YouTube has been pissing me off for a year. Mark, I recommend moving
all business over to Break.com, and continuing business as usual.

Godspeed in getting things back on track.

Good luck Mark (even if this is already in the past)!

At some point, the opportunity is there to explain the problems with the
legality issues with people, organisations, or companies able to play
lawyer and cause communication channels to panic. I think lots of
people in the media are very aware of this and only need a trigger to
talk about it (Scn being, actually, a "safe" topic, not like dealing
with the corporations that actually pay the bills of these news
channels).
