Today I finally got back to some memory fragments of a chat room
convesation, involving the nuclear incident in Chicago.

Someone wanted to talk about bringing "A Miracle of God" to Chicago,
and invited me to attend. I of course declined and started talking
about how public officials needed to start enacting disaster plans, as
this would be the only result. Such as, injured persons going to the
nearest hotel and ask for a room, and ANYONE with medical training, to
go to such hotels and offer assistance to victims, ect...

I don't know if I contacted the FBI or what. I think I relied upon the
idea this chat room was being monitored and if it wasn't, too freakin
bad. I recall being in a VERY bad mood and if people weren't going to
listen to me, then, they get what they get.

Then come up images of the people I saw with severe burns from
scalding water and even more joyful, little children. Babies. Man.

I don't know how I deal with it.

And I've known for all of this time, the entire incident would be
denied. I would be told, it never happened.

And if people would accord to that, it never would.

Well, hopefully, that will be the case.

Good for you.

The question is, what do I get in return?

I get an extremely generous bonus of, being to to take my
meds..............

LOL

That being the case, expect no sympathy from me, for whatever comes to
you.

K?

So, the ONLY person in the world seeing this "incident" is you? Nobody
else saw it? Nobody thought it was important enough to report it to
the authorities, or the media, or make a notification on his or her
web log? Not even you, until here and now on ARS?
No hits with Google, or any other search engine?

Can you spell "D E L U S I O N A L "?

With all due respect, I think you need professional help.

We appreciate you trying to warn us of something you feel that will
happen that is bad.

We are trying to warn you of the same thing. Without treatment, I
worry that you will become very, very sick.

You said you are low on money.. would you like me to help you find a
low or no cost psychiatrist or therapist near you?

I really don't know what to tell you about that. Like I say, I'm just
putting this out there, to see what I get back. I truly recall this
incident, but can't figure out why it's not being reported.

Oh, well.

There is a lot of this though.........

Major events, not reported.

Shrug.

I guess if the affected people don't think it worth getting answers,
it's not worth getting answers..........

Gee thanks Kat, but professional help for what? Posting things that no
one else would or could?

I mean, why does that require professional help?

What risk to the community, or myself, or anyone, is involved here?

I'm only talking about things that I claim to have experienced, and
recall.

Yet, I need to spend money, or take money from someone else, to solve
this HUGE problem?

And, for that matter, what problem?

Who needs to intervene here, and prevent further problems?

So you see?

You people have no real skills in areas of "professionalism".

You don't know what it is, to begin with..........

Just because you post something, does not mean that is true.

Just because you experience something, does not mean that anyone else
did.

>
> I mean, why does that require professional help?

Your posts have been increasingly erratic in terms of grammar and
topic as of late. It is worrisome. There is also an increased sense of
urgency in your posts, both in terms of frequency and of your
impending sense that something is going to happen.

Generally speaking, this level of obvious agitation is indicative that
you are not in a happy place emotionally and intellectually. It also
means you are getting worse.

>
> What risk to the community, or myself, or anyone, is involved here?

I don't know, quite frankly, but I hate seeing someone in such obvious
psychiatric/psychological distress. It cannot be pleasant for you
right now.

Are you noticing thoughts coming faster to you? Like, a feeling that
they are racing through your head? How are you sleeping? Are you
eating ok? Does your family have a history of depression or
schizophrenia? Are you having any visual disturbances, headaches, any
major changes in spending habits...

>
> I'm only talking about things that I claim to have experienced, and

But no one else recalls them. That is part of the problem. Your
experiences, the way you described them, do not seem real to the rest
of us. I'm certain they were real to you, but through no fault of your
own, you may have a medical problem that causes you to see things not
as they are.

>
> Yet, I need to spend money, or take money from someone else, to solve

^^ This kind of leap in logic is why we are calling you out. I don't
think you have any clue whatsoever that your posts are cause for
concern.

>
> And, for that matter, what problem?
>
> Who needs to intervene here, and prevent further problems?

There is absolutely no problem for me. I am trying to reach out and
tell you, I don't think your brain works the way its supposed to. Not
out of malice or spite or anything negative that you could conjure in
your mind, but because you are a fellow human being and going through
life like that cannot be pleasant for you. I have friends who are
bipolar and schizophrenic, I've seen the torment it can cause and
there is treatment for it if you just seek help!

>
> So you see?
>
> You people have no real skills in areas of "professionalism".

This isn't an issue of professionalism. This is an issue of you
talking about things that have NEVER happened in ways that barely
makes sense, after you have made some reasonably coherent posts in the
past. I'm sorry if you think it's rude, but we think you should see a
medical professional to make sure you are ok!

>
> You don't know what it is, to begin with..........
>

I barely understand what you are saying anymore. Please consider
seeking help. If you can't trust someone online, speak to a friend or
family member about what you think you experienced. Talk to someone
that MATTERS about it and ask them, truthfully, if they think you are
perfectly ok.

Kat, you are no professional, by any means, and have no business

about their experiences.

No, I'm not a medical professional. I'm just someone who knows mental
illness well enough to know you should talk to someone with a degree
like a psychiatrist or a psychologist. A doctor or nurse would do just
fine too, but you need to SEE them in an office for them to treat you
- they cannot diagnose you online.

There is something wrong with you. It could be any number of things,
down to a brain tumor or a concussion. There is no shame in being
schizophrenic either.. it is a genetic mutation, no different than
needing to wear glasses or having a heart condition. You *need* to see
a doctor and get well.

>
> You're just another, of whatever.

That was quite possibly the weakest dismissal I've ever seen. You just
don't want to hear what I'm saying.. or any of these OTHER people are
saying. Why come to us and ask us if we experienced what you have (as
you claimed you were doing in the other thread), when you were already
willing to dismiss us if we disagreed?

>
> I mean, you think you can matter to me?

Nope. I don't care if you like me or hate me. I have absolutely
nothing to gain from talking to you and only time to lose.

Empathy - is it foreign to you to experience that?

I've lived with medical problems all of my life.... migraines, a heart
condition and fibromyalgia (among other problems). I've known pain,
I've known constant nausea and I wouldn't wish it on ANYONE in this
wide world. I also know that if you see a doctor, they can help you.
You can figure out why you are in pain. THAT is why I'm urging you to
see someone.

Fibromyalgia is more a mental problem than a physical one. Some of the
other maladies listed can also be psychosomatic.

I knew you would chime in because of your obsession with shit talking
me, so I preemptively removed you from my kill file. You are so
predictable! I knew you would go right for that old wives tale and in
the interest of stating the truth about a real medical condition, I am
posting.

Fibromyalgia is a real medical diagnosis, not psychosomatic. All
current research points to a combination of factors that lead to a
glitch in the way people process pain. It seems to statistically
affect people with lower amounts of certain chemicals in the brain
(naturally, not talking about individual imbalances) including human
growth hormones and vitamin D3. I have had my D3 levels tested and
they are far below normal, resulting from a malfunctioning
hypothyroid. Gentle stretching exercises, proper biochemical balance
from vitamins, a diet free of caffeine and msg and other such
chemicals - these are enough to treat most people. There are
medications to help those who cannot get the pain to subside on their
own.

The "it's all in your head" theory is a steaming load of manure,
shoveled by the same idiot doctors who claimed for years that women
can't have heart attacks and that serious mental illnesses like
schizophrenia and bipolar are something you can just "toughen up and
get over". Just because it affects mood (chronic pain tends to do
that), some idiots thought that the disorder was caused by
psychological reasons. What a shocker, you jumped on that band wagon -
displaying your ignorance and personal prejudice once again.

I encourage anyone who thinks they might suffer from a disorder such
as Fibromyalgia to see a doctor - they can often determine with blood
analysis the cause of chronic pain. There is an ample amount of
research and documentation on the net that will let you educate
yourself, but only your doctor can give you a valid diagnosis.

That being said, back in the kill file you go, Snot Boy. Ahh
greasemonkey for firefox, how I love thee.

Dear Doctor Sir Gregory,

You're a bit misinformed... Having a sufferer as a dear friend urges
one to brush up on the illness, and eventually know it as well as a
non-medically educated person can.

Some quotes:

Wikipedia:

"The brains of fibromyalgia patients show _structural and behavioral
differences_ from those of healthy individuals, but it is unclear
whether the brain anomalies cause fibromyalgia symptoms or are the
product of an unknown underlying common cause. Some research suggests
that these brain anomalies may be the result of childhood stress, or
prolonged or severe stress.

Quoting the NFA (National Fibromyalgia Association)

Causes:

While the underlying cause or causes of FM still remain a mystery, new
research findings continue to bring us closer to understanding the basic
mechanisms of fibromyalgia. _Most researchers agree that FM is a
disorder of central processing with neuroendocrine/neurotransmitter
dysregulation_. The FM patient experiences pain amplification due to
abnormal sensory processing in the central nervous system. An increasing
number of scientific studies now show multiple physiological
abnormalities in the FM patient, including: increased levels of
substance P in the spinal cord, low levels of blood flow to the thalamus
region of the brain, HPA axis hypofunction, low levels of serotonin and
tryptophan and abnormalities in cytokine function.

_Recent studies show that genetic factors may predispose individuals to
a genetic susceptibility to FM_. For some, the onset of FM is slow;
however, in a large percentage of patients the onset is triggered by an
illness or injury that causes trauma to the body. These events may act
to incite an undetected physiological problem already present.

Exciting new research has also begun in the areas of brain imaging and
neurosurgery. Ongoing research will test the hypothesis that FM is
caused by an interpretative defect in the central nervous system that
brings about abnormal pain perception. Medical researchers have just
begun to untangle the truths about this life-altering disease.

Yes, some researchers consider it a reaction to prolonged stress however
that doesn't explain most of the cases, is neither psychological nor
psychosomatic (as is clear) and the sufferer must be genetically
predisposed to acquiring the illness. How in the world that is
psychological - quite obviously it isn't.

No Kat, you know relatively little about mental illness, or even
wellness.

I'm merely talking about my personal experiences, and decided to see
what feed back I recieved. I've stated this, and it should have been
obvious from my post.

As far as my being ingrammatical and erratic, well, stuff happens.
Neither of those two elements in an equation, necessarily indicates
mental illness.

The real problem is, YOU'RE trying to be relevant somehow, for some
reason, and there is no how or reason.

Or are you being absurd and claiming omniscience in this matter?

>

Yes, and the feedback you have received is that no one here has any
recollection, or can find any trace of online, what you claimed
happened in an area that nearly 3 million people inhabited at the
time.

The feedback also included the opinion that you were not discussing
matters in a rational or orderly way.

Why would you ask for our feedback of something you were so uncertain
of? Really?

This is a usegroup almost entirely populated by skeptics.

If you present to us a seemingly bizarre event with NO evidence to
support your supposed recollection of events, why would you expect us
to react in any way other than what we have?

>
> As far as my being ingrammatical and erratic, well, stuff happens.

What kind of stuff?

> Neither of those two elements in an equation, necessarily indicates

I'm not knocking on your grammar. Not everyone is a native english
speaker or knows the language well, I cannot fault people for that.

I'm talking about your content. Discussing horrible, brutal events
that no one else seems to recall in places that make no sense to
discuss them.. no matter how you look at it, what you posted was very
strange.

You frequently discuss "warning" people of terror events that you
claim to have prior knowledge of. It's a frequent theme of your
posts.. that you have advanced or special knowledge of something that
no one else around you does, so you clearly understand on some level
that this is something specific TO YOU.

You frequently skip from unrelated topic to unrelated topic with no
obvious (to us) connection between them. Your thought processes are
convoluted and irrational. You have NO concept whatsoever that how you
are acting is abnormal - another sign of schizophrenia.

>

So you think you are more relevant as a human being than others? Why
is that?

That's exactly why I say it's psychosomatic. It's all in the head. It's a
function of degraded brain/nerve function. Above it mentions brain
anomalies. It is thought that stress might cause these anonalies. Can you
say psychosomatic?

Face it. The facts are that it's the rare man who suffers from
fibromyalgia. It's predominantly women who are the victims. We all know
women can't handle stress very well. We all know women live stressful
lives because especially these days because they try to function as men
and their physiology is just not suited to it. So they get stressed. They
are out of their league and out of their element. So it actually starts
wrecking their brains. The dysfunctional brain causes nerve pain
throughout the body.

Kat is a good example. She's obviously completely stressed out. A brain
scan would probably show all sorts of problems most of which have been
caused by her stress. Look how she carries on here - she tries to usurp
the place of men. Her body is telling her to stop it. I'm telling her to
stop in. She needs to take a hike. She needs to de-stress any maybe her
pathologies in her brain caused by the stress might be ameliorated.

[trimmed other references which said pretty much the same thing that Wiki
said]

When I was a young boy people had a more realistic view of stress and the
results of it. When somebody got more stress than they could handle it was
said they had a "nervous breakdown". Nowadays that sentiment is called
old fashioned and inadequate. But, think again. The references you
provided all say "nervous breakdown'. IOW actual psychosomatic problems in
the brain being manifested as pain throughout the body.

How to decrease or eliminate the onset of Fibromyalgia? Easy. Put women
back in the home where they belong. Remove them from the workplace where
they have to compete with men where they become stressed because there
ain't no way they can compete. De-stress them by making them do what they
were created to do - clean the house, prepare the meals, do the laundry,
sewing, etc., raise the children, nurture and support their mate.
