[event.gif] 1998: Harassment: Scientologists illegally place German
journalist Peter Reichelt under citizens arrest and hold him against
his will; the police are called.
[press.gif] 1998: Article: Christianity Today, 03/03/97, Vol. 41 Issue
3, p68, 1/3p, 1bw. Discusses the criticism of U.S. State Department
and several congressional representatives regarding Germany's
government moves to restrict Scientology. Why Chancellor Helmut Kohl
expelled three of its members; Founder of Scientology; Suggestion by
German Labor Minister Norbert Bluem with regards to Scientologists;
Entertainment figures who launched boycotts against the films of two
Scientologists; Scientologist actors.
[press.gif] 1997: Christianity Today: Party's ouster of Scientologists
decried.
[event.gif] 1997: Helena Kobrin contacts Anthony Bosnakoudis alleging
copyright infringement.
[event.gif] 1994: Albert Jaquier files a claim with Scientology's
Chaplain's Court against Jody Darling. He asks for the $304,563
Darling owes him.
[event.gif] 1994: Robert Eaken, an assistant of Jody Darling's, writes
a long letter to Scientology's Deputy Chaplain for Courts, in the
dispute between Scientologists Darling and Albert Jaquier, over a
$200,000 loan-and-investment transaction. (Darling has not been making
the promised payments on the loan.) In his letter, Eaken refers to the
"consulting fee" tax evasion scheme suggested by Darling and blames it
on Albert. He goes on at length to give all the supposed reasons why
Darling does NOT have to pay Albert and calls Albert a liar.

Taking Ak47S As Trophies During The Persian Gulf War Has Retired After
His Rank Was Reduced To Colonel. Former Maj. Gen. Donald Lee Kaufman
Was The Highest-Ranking Officer To Be Charged Under A 1990 Military
Order Prohibiting The Taking Of Weapons As War Trophies. More Than 280
Persian Gulf War Personnel Have Faced Charges For Violating The Order.
[court.gif] 1992: Narconon's lawyers argue in court that it is exempt
from state regulations under the cloak of Indian sovereignty. But
state lawyers, in a hearing in which the Oklahoma State Department of
Health is seeking a court injunction to shut down Narconon Chilocco,
say the facility' s location is not enough to claim Indian
sovereignty. Narconon Chilocco is a non-Indian entity that treats
non-Indians, says Robert Cole, a lawyer for the Health Department.
