Dear All,
I have spoken to a few of our Church members who aren't on itheta.
They 'know about' the Volunteer Ministers in NY but are actually out
of the whole comm cycle on what's needed and wanted there and the
urgency. It's an "out-of-comm" situation.
If every one of us were to get every Scientologist in good standing we know
onto itheta, they can be in on this very vital comm cycle every day. If we
get enough people in comm, we are sure to get more donations, more people
hatted and arriving, etc, etc, etc. Tell them it's free, and tell them the
truth - that they are out of comm with one of the greatest humanitarian
movements of our time and missing an opportunity to HELP.
So this is something we all can DO without busting the budget, leaving
home, taking time off of work, etc. We are actually in the
Dissemination Stage of an incredibly vital and important step in our
history - so let's back up the VM's in NY and get the comm lines in.
Talk to your co-workers, students on course, friends, family, etc. Get
their email address. Make sure they are all in good standing! Send
their email address with your recommendation of them to
ithetaw...@yahoo.com. What could be easier?

Hello All!
I am new to iTheta and want to introduce a few of the many "parts of
myself"…
– I have been a Scientologist for 19 years and am Clear. I am IP on the
Data Series Evaluator Course at the
Hubbard College. I have 2 wonderful sons, Alex and Derek, and a wonderful
daughter-in-law, Crystal, who
are all in the SO.
– I am a Professional Organizer Extraordinaire (see Questionnaire and
Success Story below)
– I write poetry – it was one of my wins from L11 (see "My Messages" below)
– I am also an artist (mostly drawings at this point but am starting
to "study" a passion I have had for a
while… watercolor)
– I love humor
I am LOOKING FOR...
– Communication with my fellow Scientologists (Note: If I don't respond
rapidly, it's probably because I am
still learning how to use this site, please be patient with me! Or, send it
again.)
– ANYONE who wants to get more organized at your office, home-office or in
your home
– An audience to read my poems - or wants to send me their poems
– Those who know about watercolor painting and would love to share tips
– Jokes and other funny stuff
I have included a fun Organizing Questionnaire and a Success Story below to
give you an idea of what I deliver as a Professional Organizer.
I have also included one of my poems at the end for your enjoyment.
I look forward to being in comm with all of you in one way or another.

ORGANIZING QUESTIONNAIRE
Do you have papers stacked everywhere and don't know what to do with them?
Are there important things that you need to do somewhere in stacks of
papers that are not getting done?
When you need a paper again, do you spend a long time looking for it?
Do people refuse to send you anything important because "it would go
in the black hole and never come out"?
When you buy supplies, do you stuff them wherever you can find the
space for them but can't find them when you need them?
Does your office / home get cleaned "around" all of the stacks of
stuff?
Do you keep "straightening up" but somehow you never really get
organized?
When you look at the disorder, do you feel like you don't know how to
handle it?
Have you ever spent time frantically searching everywhere because what
you need isn't where it's supposed to be… and you need it right now?

SUCCESS STORY by Susan Michlin
Ihave tried to get organized before but the people that I had hired
really just straightened it up. These people did not look at how I
used things and where I need those things to really be able to utilize
them. How you organize is so different.
The system that you helped me create to handle my mail and papers is
working so well. My desk is no longer a pile of business and personal
papers that I do not know what to do with. It is so much easier to
keep my desk straightened up because the only thing out is what I am
working on.
I was telling my husband how I am really getting things done now. My
desk is no longer a Black Hole. Things just move in, get done and
move on out.
I have a filing system – one that is set up for my needs and really
handles the amount of papers that I need or want to keep track of.
And, I know how to use my filing system so that I can keep up with the
papers that I accumulate. It is so great being able to find a paper
instantly when I need it because I know where it is!
Even buying supplies for my business and home is so much easier
because there is a place for me to put the office supplies, rolls of
extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. – I know where to put them and
I can find them when I need them!
Now there is a place for X Y & Z and not just A B & C!!! There really
is a place for everything and everything in its place. Now, when
cleaning is done, everything can really be cleaned because things are
put in their places!
I didn't even have to throw out anything I didn't want to - you found
places for it all!! I can find it and get to it easily!! And it looks
beautiful too! I just love opening the cupboards and seeing everything
all neat and organized. And, I just love to show off my cupboards to
my friends. When they see my cupboards, they all say, "Wow, you're so
organized. I wish I was like that!"
It is so hard to describe the feeling of freedom I now have. I am
getting 4 or more times the work done that I used to. I have always
been a producer! But now I am Wonder Woman!!!! Now, I can do it all
and still have some time for me.
I have dreamed of this for years. I could see in my mind how stuff
should be and look but I could not get it there because it was just
more than I could confront. It was like I was just stuck in place with
a bunch of strings holding me there and I couldn't move. I never
realized just how stuck I was though - until you started cutting the
strings loose.
Because of the way you organize, even those who do not think they have
an organizing problem can use your help to further the amount of
things they can get done when everything has a place and everything is
in its place.
I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for the job you did for
me. You might say you saved my life and my marriage! You are a
pleasure to work with!

INCREDIBLE NEW STAFF MEMBERS!
There are over 2,000,000 people in our county.
Picture for a moment what it would be like if your grocer was a Clear,
your dry cleaner was a Grade IV release working on his NED, your
mechanic was an OT III studying the Saint Hill Special Briefing
Course, and your neighbors (especially those really noisy ones who now
party all night) were Grad V auditors! Think for a moment about what
it will be like when every driver understands the word “merge.” Then
take a second and think about what it is like right now.Depressing,
isn’t it? But the good news is you already know the solution. You
actually knew before 11 September and before you read IG NW Bulletin
No. 44, WAKE UP CALL.The solution is for each of us to make a
difference. As HCO Executive Secretary, I would like to introduce you
to several brand- new staff members.If you ever thought you’d like to
do this but thought you couldn’t, here are people to illustrate that
you CAN do it. Benny Ghiora is auditing on OT VII. He has just
returned from the FSO where he did a fast six-month check (just as
Chairman of the Board RTC stated, the lines are greased and incredibly
quick now).He is our Department 1 director! I’d also like to introduce
our HCO Cope Officer (working with Danny Fischman), Dan Worrells.Dan
is a long-time San Diego resident who is moving up The Bridge.He is a
computer expert who is joining his wife on staff in order to make that
difference (and create a world where their grandchildren will NEVER be
drugged). Carry Bridgham, OT IV,has joined staff to work with our
Qualifications Division.You know her I’m sure and how she and Roy made
it go right so that he could complete his training at the FSO. Our
newest staff member is Wendy Farland!She realized what an auditor can
do and is now in training to be one of the auditing elite.Well done!
SAN DIEGO CLEARS San Diego’s most recent Clears include two staff
members:Co-Audit Supervisor Lisi Scheuer and Word/Clearer Jenn Gerson.
I hope that you didn’t miss Graduation that night, because it was the
best in the history of the planet!Two Clears, data from Freewinds
representative Gavin Potter, OT VIII Drew Johnston and information on
Ground Zero from our own Volunteer Minister Wendy Honnor! I’m sure
you’ve seen military recruitment ads about what their members achieve
before breakfast.Well, think about what our staff members achieve, and
all before the planet blows up! SAN DIEGO TECHNICAL TRAINING CORPS
Recent staff member Sarah Cigainero has sailed through her
qualifications and onto the TTC! Sarah has done an incredible job of
production and study todeserve her appointment as a future Academy
Word/Clearer.She will be receiving full technical training (Pro TRs,
Upper Indocs, Pro Metering, Hubbard Professional Supervisor Course)
and of course those auditing handlings needed by any Academy personnel
to make them incredibly effective in helping every one of us make
Technical progress. Sarah joins our other incredibly Tone-40 and able
young staff members.Just imagine what heights each of these young
people will reach! Shouldn’t you be here too?Talk to any staff

The new TWTH poster is needed in New York for store-fronts, classrooms,
businesses etc. Barry Serrins from ABLE INT continues to brief me on
what is happening in NY and what TWTH projects are being done across
the US in the wake of Sept 11th. TWTH has become quite popular in
NY...a teacher from a school close to Ground 0. This is a school for
at risk teens. Per Barry, these kids had to run for their lives when
the WTC's collapsed. A teacher from this school got a TWTH and quicky
saw that this book could help him teach values to his students. He
began to make photo copies of the book for his students. The kids
liked it but there were not enough photo copied books to go around so
Barry was contacted and now every student has their own copy of TWTH!
The NY ABLE office still needs more TWTH booklets and they want
quanties of posters donated! The posters will be put in store windows,
classrooms, businesses etc and will be used as PR presentations.
Again, the poster is really cool and will no problem to PR. Call Barry

Dear Friends,
Many of you come to Flag for services and need to get email, create docs
etc..
I have some computers I would be willing to rent out so you can connect to
the internet and produce documents with either Star Office ( a Word clone)
and an ink jet printer.
As the Sandcastle and Osceola have a DSL connection (as far as I know),
these would help those that don't have a lap top.
Would you pay between $30-$50 per week for rent such a system? Would you
rent one while at Flag?
Secondly, I want to start a free weekly email newsletter of software and
hardware tips. Would you be interested?
