first and final concern however was on keeping it hushed up, and the

I have been a member on the Church of Scn for 20 years.
In 1993 I met and had an affair with a woman who had a then 8 year old daughter
who had been mollested, raped and sodomized over a one year period, by another
Scientologist. The woman lived in a large house that was a shared living arrangement
for Scientologists.
Shortly after I got to know her she poured out her guts to me over how her daughter
had been raped, vaginally and anally, over a one year period by another Scientologist
who lived in the same house. The Scientologist that did all the raping befriended
the mother and the young girl. The mother trusted the scientologist man with
the daughter and he baby sat the girl while the mother was at work. He also
took it upon himself to take the girl shopping to the movies and so on.
The Scientologist ingratiated himself and all the great stuff he was doing for the
woman and her child. It came out from the child later that this Scientologist
butt-fucked, raped and orally copulated the 8 year old girl in so many differant
locations out-side the house, she would keep remembering new places for months.
Of course the Scientologist also did this with abandon in the home while the
mother was gone.
The mother of the child reported the atrocity to the local org.
She was told *not* to go to the police and that the org would handle it.
The mother who had been married twice before to two differant Scientologists
were both eventually aware of the entire event. Both were terrified of the Church
to go to the police. The woman/mother was living in the big/house/shared/Scientologist(s)
with another male Scientologist who was the 8 year olds effective step father,
he did nothing also, out of fear of what the Church would do to him.
Numerous individuals closely connected to the 8 year old were fully aware of the events.
No one called the police. Local OE and OSA threatened anyone if they went to the police.
The EO and OSA persons actually never did *anything* to this guy.
Not even a tele call and said "Please use rubbers". Nothing!!!
He was never even declared!
Part Two: Three Strikes Polly Claus Provisions
Under CA,s new 3 strikes, Polly claus provisions anyone convicted of child rape
gets 25 AUTOMATIC, NO APPEALS.
Example:The above described Scientologist, if he is in the same courtroom as
I am, and his case comes up, with all the info I have, he goes to jail 25 years
no early out, no comp or good time rule applies.
Also no Statue of Limitations in Child rape.
Part Three: Criminal Accessory, Obstruction of Justice an so on
My local org is crammed full of first hand(prima facia)evidence in the above
case by people very close to the child.
(According to LRH, Accessories are guilty of the same crime.)
I would guess that there are somewhere between 10 and 30 similar cases at
my local org of child molesters who got off scott free.
Much to Scientology's credit everyone is supposed to writing kr's on each
other and an excellent record exists of each incident.
Any fear that the files might be expunged is groundless as krs are never thrown
but always filed.
Someday someone will get into them after the COS collapses and they will read
like records out of Nazi Germany.
Part Three: Portland Shoot-out is diversion Tatic for Child abuse Cover-Up

Cover up of multiple Child rape cases all come out at once.
What is a poor church to do, but shoot some of its own,(it is no coincidence that
one shot was pregnant). We (COS) are such victims. And don't we need the FBI
and the federal government to protect us. The event takes everyones attention
off the Strawn case which could set a precedence for the COS for all time low
for COS as putting their *Droppings* above the Law.
This tactic is not without precedence. When 240 unarmed marines were sent to
Beruit and placed like sitting ducks against their commanders adamant protest
(remember,they had *no* live amo)and were all dead in a couple days,the debacle
was so great the very next weekend the US had to invade Grenada and save
medical school students. The basic idea was to take the nations attention off
Beruit and put it on Grenanda and it worked.
Church of Scientology will make every effort to get the heat off the Child
molestation cover-up and put it on "hate crimes".
No one's personal existence and no expense will be spared to bring this off.

big bad internet and idiots come running. Well the COS has done the reverse.
If it comes out that there has been more child abuse cover-up, I would expect the
shootings and burnings to begin in earnest.

However, there's no reason to give an anonymous anti-cult story any more
credibility than an anonymous por-cult story like those fatuous "win"

If this person came out and said who they were, that would lend a shred
of dignity to this information.

Hence the "if". This stinks of disinformation to me - flood the
newsgroup with meritless claims of child molestation so that the
discussion of the *real* one is lost amid the noise.
I'd say that there's better than even odds on this one being a
cult operation: if it is, it just goes to demonstrate the utter
moral bankruptcy of a cult who, even when caught bang to rights,
cannot admit its mistake, but must thrash around trying to
suppress debate on the topic in the grossly mistaken belief that
we'll not notice.

people who know about similar happenings at other orgs, go to the FBI and
thus - hopefully - achieve a WHOLE LOT MORE than they ever could by going
public.

People who get AOL would get nothing more than a screen name. It's still
anonymous, and that's one reason former Scientologists are able to post to
AOL with some confidence that they will not be "fingered."
I think it's a bad idea to repost things from the AOL Former
Scientologists folder without getting express permission of the person who
posted. This is *not* an attempt to scold or flame Margaret, but an honest
plea to keep the AOL Former Scn folder as private as it can realistically
be.
When former Scientologists began to discover that folder (which was
created by critics in order to offset the censored dialog that reigned in
the CoS folder), one of their first discussions was about whether they
could speak freely there without CoS learning their identities from AOL
staff, or from Scientologists that might be working for AOL. From what I
can see, many of the people who post to that folder are *scared*. And if
they choose not to post to a.r.s., there's probably a reason for it.
Unlike a.r.s., the Former Scientologists folder is primarily a support
arena. I fear that if the denizens of the AOL Former Scn folder find their
words reposted in this much more widely broadcast forum, even without
their AOL screen names used, it might have a chilling effect on the folder
as a whole. So this is just a request to anyone who wants to repost from
there: Please check it out with the poster first.
