Marty Rathbun, formerly a top Church of Scientology executive -- his history now erased for 152 days and counting

influential Church of Scientology executive that was both
well-respected by his peers and many other people and Marty was highly
regarded within the Church as an effective leader and a "go to guy"
that could really get things done.
However, around Sept. 15, 2005, Marty Rathbun's name was systematically
removed from nearly every single internet page about him that was
maintained by the Church of Scientology. All of his years of service
and good works for the Church were completely erased from existence.
Why has the Church of Scientology been trying to erase all the records
of Marty Rathbun? Why was the sheriff in Hemet, CA unable to locate
Marty Rathbun in order to serve him with divorce papers?
Did Marty do something to make David Miscavige angry? Was he sent off
to some sort of prison, or worse?
Did Marty just leave Scientology willingly, and now he is in hiding,
fearing for his life, scared of the organization that he dedicated 25+
years of his life to?
It's time for the police and media to do some investigations into the
disappearance of Marty Rathun.
Oh, and by the way, another high-powered exec, Warren McShane was also
erased systematically from all the Scientology controlled web pages
around the same date. McShane is also missing.
Did the Church of Scientology kill Marty Rathbun and Warren McShane?
It is time that the national media examine this question.

logic in your thinking, now you teach me to the better.
You write another posting to intimidate and to scare and create fear in
the people, fear about scientology. Please reader, do not let yourself
be scared of those postings, they are written to discourage you and to
build up an image of a killing cult. The cult kills, but in another
way. More hidden. They bring people down, they torture them
psychologically until the people lose the wish to live. That is one of
the ways they kill - they encourage people to kill themselves.
Please think about it for a while: should scientology in fact have
killed Rathbun and Mc Shane, why would they have eradicated them from
the websites? So that everybody asks where they are? So that a fuss is
made about their dissappearance? No. They would have killed them
silently and kept silence about it and then they would have created
some decent "bye-bye" to retirement but most likely they would not have
made it like it was done in Sept/Oct 2005.
It is the fear which kills the people inside (and outside) scientology
and scientology is responsible for creating that fear and playing with
it, but please be aware, reader, that it is always YOUR fear and there
are ways to get control about your fears, there are ways. After you
have regained control about those fears, you will be able to overcome
it, but only then, only then.
The first step is that you are aware that it is the fear which gives
scientology power over you, if it is no longer enthusiasm which holds
you there. I know it, because they understood to scare me very very
much, although I never was in scientology, I never did any course or
so. But as you might already know, I live in an environment where
scientologists are and which scientologists rule and they really know
how to harass and intimidate, to offend and to commit certain crimes
(e.g. they manipulated my mail delivery, they observed me and so on,
but that is only a very small part of the whole story) so that one
feels a bit out of self-certainity. If one never has faced a behaviour
like that of those mindcontrolled people before, one becomes scared, it
is normal. So it is much more normal that if you are inside and under
greater control and pressure you feel more scared. Their power lays
inside you, and that is in fact the weakest string of their power.
Their power is in you. In your self. They control you - because they
control your self by that - but once you are able to accept this, the
door to freedom is wide open for you. The fear is a power inside you.
It is huge and very mighty. Take that back.
You might need assistance. You can find it by calling your citizen help
line, any department of the government which deals with family or
social issues, any priest of a world religion (jewish, moslem,
buddhist, hindu, african native religions, catholic, protestant) or at
a doctor next door (no scientologist), in a hospital, at your teacher,
former family and friends. There are experts out there who know exactly
how to protect you and to help you overcome the troubles. They are
professionals and you are not their first case.
If you, reader, are working in the media, please do not let yourself
being discouraged by those kind of rumours, do not become discouraged
to write about this cult and its crimes. You should take care of course
but not let yourself being intimidated.
For further enlightenment I can recommend to you the articles of Truth
Seeker, one of the very, very few true critics here on this newsgroup.

Keith Henson posted in another thread that he couldn't get anywhere
with a welfare check on Marty, and mused that perhaps Scn, Inc. has
some local politicians on strings out there in Riverside county, CA.
Anybody know anyone ambitious at the SF Examiner, or the local
Riverside papers? They'd pretty much just have to search for Marty and
Warren on Google groups and spend about an hour reading to get all the
initial contacts and primary sources they need. This could be a
career-making story for a budding investigative journalist.
