Marisol Nichols for her role as "volunteer supervisor and spokesperson" for Criminon
and and now he has enacted HB 4086 for funds in the amoutn of $2,000,000 to be
appropriated to Criminon.

SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED: Appropriates $2,000,000 to the
Department of Corrections for a grant for FY08 to Criminon
for rehabilitation of criminals and prevention of recidivism.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the
General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that amount
as may be necessary, is appropriated form the General Revenue Fund
to the Department of Corrections for a grant to 6 Criminon for rehabilitation
of criminals and prevention of recidivism.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9 2007.

OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we recognize the stellar career of
Marisol Nichols, who has brought honor to our State through her acting
and charitable work; and be it further RESOLVED, That a suitable copy
of this resolution be presented to Ms. Nichols as an expression of our esteem.

If I lived in Illinois, I'd be writing editors of the Tribune, etc.
and local news producers asking why
the state is about to fork $2 million over to a Scientology front
group.
