It's possible, I suppose that they are simply talking about creating a
new Christian denomination or cult. That is very common, of course.
The religion that Jim Jones created, for example, was an example of
that, and Jones, in fact, proclaimed himself to be the Second Coming
of Christ. If you read the referenced website, though, it looks to me
like what he is talking about is a brand-new, original religion. How
many brand-new, original religions can you think of that have sprouted
up in the last thousand years or so?
