Will someone post Keith Henson's email posts that got him arrested and and
charged so that all of us can post the same bogus threats. Let us see if we
all get arrested. If everyone will do this we can, I believe, focus needed
attention on this sham case.

If you imagine 40-50 Scientologists
posting on the Internet every few days,
we'll just run the SP's right off the system.
It will be quite simple, actually.

Actually, since it's a doctrine of Scientology® that suppressives can magically
affect those around them, they don't need any threats at all.

If we follow what appears to the Henson's case logic, where only the subjective
fear, realistic or not, is at issue, *every* one of us could be convicted on
the same charges as Keith, and questioning the sanity of that fear would be
disallowed as being an attack on the 'religion'.

There is no such "doctrine". You merely exhibit your ignorance.

This is "case logic"??

Much better to discuss that thinking "freedom of speech"

Much more effective is to discuss the case, why Keith was
~NOT~ allowed by the judge to give the reasons that he was
picketing . . .

or to present the LRH policies that dealt directly with what
Co$ was doing with him . . .

and that the "destroy them utterly" remark the jury found
so "offensive" and "hateful" are words directly out of
Ill ron HubTOAD's mouth that Keith was simply repeating . . .

step by step.

One thing that seems sadly apparant sometimes, is that
when buttons get pushed on people here, they react in a
way . . .

that is most beneficial to the Co$.

This post may not be appreciated . . .

but ask me if I care about that.

What I ~DO~ care about are actions that aren't going

It should also be noted that these are the full, unaltered posts, not the
redacted forgeries submitted as exhibits in court. For example, they quoted
Henson paraphrasing L. Ron Hubbard saying "destroy them utterly," then cut the
paragraph directly afterward clarifying that he intended to picket them some
more, rather than commit some violent act. The State's case was largely
predicated on falsifying the evidence.

I'll go that one better. I will advise my Marcabian Masters that a
plasma stream discharge attack against Hemet Base is called for and
should be implemented immediately.

There - I have just advocated an attack on Gold using particle-beam
weaponry from Marcabian battle cruisers.
Since $cientologists believe in the Fifth Marcabian Invasion Fleet as a
real threat, I have just threatened everyone at Hemet base with
annihilation.
Arrest me.

Liar liar pants on fire--if you're a Scientologist "connected" to a
"suppressive person (SP)" you become a "potential trouble source
(PTS)" and are sent to "ethics"--and the major "ethical" way of
dealing with SPs affecting PTS cases is "disconnection"--of families,
lovers, business associates and so on.

And you know it.

The above quote says there is a doctrine about "magical" effects. The idea that
people are influenced by others is hardly magical. Even the law recognizes this
when for example it proscribes athletes from associating with professional
gamblers, etc. As I said, there is no such doctrine about "magical effects"; you
merely exhibit your ignorance and/or blind hatred.

Your quote hit me in a different way, mimus. That terribly reinforces people
"not" to communicate with others if they in any way criticize, eg - "If you
play, your gonna pay" mentality. He threatened as a manipulation alot.

Hubbard was really a threatening, unkind person. And in the reverse, he made
money off of these people, punishing -them- for doing that! How can these
people not see this crazy scenario!
