Jim Warren is considered as good a wildlife artist as *Wyland or
Lassen. He considers himself a "fine artist". He is generally referred
to as a Fantasy/Wildlife artist. He's done some very high quality work
for Disney-but isnt a "Disney artist" (dont ask)
*The big whale mural guy" :-)
For most of you unfamaliar with how the "art world" works
and ranks artists,I will tell you this. Jim Warren will probably never
hang in a major museum in my lifetime.
But, In his field he is one of the very best on the planet, whether you
like this style or not-its a fact. Confusing? You aren't alone.
And unfortunatly the art establishment doesnt care if you are confused.
All they care about is trying to tell you what good art is. Yes. They
Suck...
You just had your first lesson in the Art Business. Isnt it glamourous?
And he apparently spends plenty of money on auditing. yea buddy!
enjoy:
You collect pop culture "art," don't you...I've never heard of this
dildo, and I've heard of a lot of wall painting self promoting dorks who
do second rate wildlife work...Is this guy working his way up to
painting sides of buildings? Cuz Wyland's already been there, done that,
we're out of walls, thank you very much for the offer.

"Imagine a church so dangerous, you must sign a release
form before you can receive its "spiritual assistance."
This assistance might involve holding you against your
will for an indefinite period, isolating you from
friends and family, and denying you access to
appropriate medical care. You will of course be billed
for this treatment - assuming you survive it. If not,
the release form absolves your caretakers of all
responsibility for your suffering and death.
Welcome to the Church of Scientology."

Hello, my name is Jim Warren, and here is a little bit about myself:
I've been an artist since 1967. I was becoming successful
with my career early on, but was having trouble handling sudden
popularity as well as handling the balance of career and relationships.
I started studying and using scientology in 1978 and found amazingly
simple answers to these problems. I have since married and have 2
children (Drew and Art) and I find very easy to combine fatherhood with
my increasingly expanding career. I won a "Grammy award" for the album
cover for Bog Seger "Against the Wind" in 1981. My art can been seen on
T-shirts, posters, collector cards, greeting cards, puzzles, etc. I am
currently a featured artist at the popular Wyland Galleries chain and I
have just released a coffee table book of my art titled "The Art of Jim
Warren, and American Original"
