Another physical attack of The Clown by a scientologist in Paris

Nono le Clown was walking not very far from the CC Paris when he met
scientologists illegally selling dianetics books on the street.
So, he said they had no licence to do that, and took a photo. He was then
attacked and his photo device destroyed.
He took his cell phone to get another shot, and the same guy attacked him
again with an umbrella.
Nono went then to the police, and complained.
Police went back to the guy and as far as I know, put him under guard.

A funny other thing about shots:
Attorney for the soon to be indicted (??) scientologists went before the
Paris Court with shots of myself picketing their scam cult profit center.
Prtobably they hoped to demonstrate how much of a dangerous picketer I was.
Ridiculous.

Well, the police needs to protect these clams from themselves. In a police
cell, they might not be so tempted to accidentally lose their temper.

Yep! People protesting is definitely a real threat to something. (Well, to
clams making a fortune out of suckers...)

What can these idiots possibly be thinking? Do you have any idea what
happened to the clam who attacked him at the courthouse?

Well, this is really ridiculous. I doubt that Nono was hurt, but it's
just disgusting that they would exhibit such public aggression to such
a nice guy. Nono is an extremely warm and kindly man in his 60s who
puts on his nonsensical clown outfit and entertains kids in hospitals
in his spare time. He antagonizes Scientology because he has seen the
harm they do (as in driving people to suicide). I saw that bald-headed
OSA asshole shove him around in the parc a few months ago, and was
attempted to intervene with a fist.
For some reason, Nono really pisses them off.
We'll see what happens this Saturday on rue Legendre.

motharfucka in public on a French street? Just wondered. If anybody
gets aggressive with me, I can get pretty self-defensive. Broke more
than one nose in my heyday.

Not that I know of.Cyril (a French SP) and I have asked Nono for the
details. I encouraged him to call Le Parisien and get interviewed.
It's a Paris-centric newspaper that has done lots of clever reportage
on the trial. So have the others, but this one seems to be intrigued
by the situation.
I can only say that the French clams seem to have gone over the edge.
Paris is not a city where you aggressively attack people in the
national courthouse or even on a busy public street at midday. It just
isn't done.

last evening after my job I walked up a street trying to catch a bus a
scilon was trying to sell a book on street I asked him if he had a
business permit while I put my camera on he tried to grab it from my
hand and crushed the lens on the second time then i took his picture
with my scell phone he kicked on my me with his umbrella trying to crush
my cell phone
I went back to my street walking one of his friend come along he said to
him he was so happy that he broke my camera dead
I went home put my work outfit and clown suitcase in safety and reached
the police precinct actually in my street
i went with a police car to the celebrity center they arrested the guy
named jonathan they recognized from my cell phone photo and testimony
everybody back to the precinct
they handcuffed him at the first fllor waiting room I gave the police
the fact and there is a complaint toward this guy yesterday at 8:30 PM
he was still in custody I think they released him lately

---The problem is that in France, one cannot call someone names without some
risks. The law on insults and libel is rather restrictive, to the point that
it has been considered a violation of human rights by a resolution of the
CEDH, and compared to similar laws from Turkey. But if you've been yourself
called names publicly and you answer, there are almost no chances that
anyone will consider seriously a complaint against you.

I dunno if he complained. You have to have evidences that someone did knock
you. Another anticultist was almost crushed under cars on the street when he
said to people who were getting the OCAs from the guy that these were
scientology bullshit: the guy was more solid than the anticultist (that's
Xavier) and nobody was there to witness exactly, so, he did just a specific
info to the police.
